HiI've just bought a royal chai karak chai from Taj shop earlier today. Took it home to make a chai and once I opened the lid. The gold foil packaging was open and half of the chai powder was missing. I've managed to call them but they couldn't do anything and I'm not bothered to come back again in this Cold weather.
