DO NOT CHOOSE TO COLLECT PARCELSCame for my FedEx Priority that was delieverd and signed (!), person said it's not there without even checking. It is a valueable item, he was very rude and unhelpful.

They are utterly useless. I have tried multiple times to drop off parcels, never works. Just don’t bother.

They never accept Collect+ or DHL dropoff packages - they just say come back tomorrow. I wish I had read the other reviews here before trying to do the same.
