My favourite store for body care. Always had great stuff in stock and convenient place for me to pick up stuff ordered online as it's so well located in covent gardens. Service usually excellent. Though on the day I visited they were training someone serving me. Which annoyed my slightly, but hey the staff need training at some point.

Exceptional service from Miriam, I am so impressed by her care and services towards customers. It shows how well trained and professional she is, her willingness to listen and help just blew me away because i have never seen any customer service like this before. I placed my order online but delivered it to the store in covent garden which was a bit tricky to find and was upset because I went to the one in Tottenham garden but eventually found the right store. long story short, after Miriam attended to
me my anger was gone because of the way she approached me and I have never felt so important before. Thank you so much Miriam you are one of a kind.

Terrible customer service. Sales assistant at the till spoke horribly to me and my mum for no reason. We asked for a shopping bag and she just handed the bag over and rudely pushed our items in front of us, rather than placing the items inside.

Very good shop, fully supportive of cruelty free, not overly expensive for what you get, however the customer service was awful.
I'm a very forgiving person when it comes to customer service, but the gentleman at the till didn't acknowledge us. He rang a bell and called for someone else to come to the till when we approached, as he was doing some paperwork, however didn't look or say anything at all. It's just rude and makes you not want to shop there.
As a part time retail assistant, and previous waiter/bartender, you learn how to approach and be with customers - acknowledging their existence, even when you're very busy, is rule number one.

I would give ZERO stars if I had the chance!! Worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life!! Basically, I went to the store on Saturday 2 December because I needed to buy a hand cream for really sensitive skin. The store was PACKED with visitors but only ONE staff member on the shop floor (the other 2 were at the tills), I asked her for help (she was an Oriental girl dressed in an orange apron) and she suggested me to buy a hemp cream that was on promotion as well. She showed me 2 versions, I wanted to get the smaller one. But she insisted for me to buy the bigger container. The cream was extremely greasy and hard to be absorbed by my hands, so I asked her for another kind of cream. While I was talking to her, she literally turned her back on me and she went away leaving me talking to nobody. I was not there to waste her time nor to waste mine. I really needed to buy a cream (which I eventually bought in another store), I will make a complaint as well because her behaviour was unacceptable. Regards. Luana.
