The Spartan Gym is a great place for a peaceful and uninterrupted workout.They have a large selection of equipment, all in dedicated spaces, weights, boxing and cardio. The gym is kept tidy and it is your responsibility to keep it so.What makes this gym better than Fitness First, The Gym or PureGym is that its never too busy. You can access equipment without waiting in queues or having people always asking you, "how many sets you got left?". Highly recommend.

Avoid this dirty , smelly gym if you don?t wanna get sick . Most of machines are damaged . Not treadmills working at all .

This is a local, quiet gym, it has a variety of different weight machines and has some cardio equipment. It is clean and maintained, don?t expect spa facilities or showers as it is not a mainstream type of gym. If you are serious about fitness and bodybuilding, then this is the gym for you. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and members respect one another.This initially felt like a ?mans? gym, but as a female I have been able to train here without feeling uncomfortable.The PT sessions on offer are amazing. I have been training with Didi. Her extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition enabled her to create a personalised training program that perfectly suited my needs and goals. She took the time to understand my fitness level, limitations, and aspirations, which resulted in a plan that was both challenging and realistic. Didi?s attention to detail and commitment to my progress have been evident in every session.What sets Didi apart is her support and ongoing motivation. She consistently pushes me to surpass my limits and achieve results I never thought possible. Her positive attitude and encouragement have been invaluable in keeping me motivated during challenging moments.Didi is patient and explains exercises clearly, ensuring that I understand proper form and technique. Absolutely rubbish gym don?t waste your money on this place. RUDE staff lady that lives there and has issues with everything whilst she has no customer service skills so arrogant and moody and one treadmill in the whole of the gym that works. SOMETIMES THEY BRING DOGS IN THERE ASWELL!!!! Dirty equipment I?m always getting ill and always broken things and congested. Dead music and it smells really bad. Please shut this place down
