I am shocked by the appalling resolution by the White Company CS team for online orders when they go wrong. I thought a lot of the brand and now thoroughly regret my choice of gifting. Be warned the White Company use Hermes for delivery who in two separate areas for two gifts have failed to deliver to the basic standards you would expect. One wet/stained damaged parcel addressed to myself rather than the recipient, for which the White Company's response was to offer £5 E gift voucher. Yes you read right, £5 off a future purchase for tainting the experience of sending special gift for someone's new baby.The second is now a delayed delivery by Hermes, again a baby gift.Whilst the in-store experience is good, I strongly advise considering another company for online gift orders as if it goes wrong, the resolution offered is disproportionate and insulting.

This company is truly dreadful. Calls are never returned, when you do get through to them, and ask why your calls went ignored, the phone is then slammed down by their customer service. It was a girl called ?Jessica? on this occasion. When you finally get through, and you ask for the name of their chief executive, as you intend to write a complaint to them, they tell you they don?t know the name of their own chief executive! Then when I told the customer service that they had bad reviews, I was told that I shouldn?t take reviews from other customers seriously, and to ignore them! Show how little they value their customers? complaints. I ask my fellow shoppers to spread the word to their families and friends about this horrible company, and to never ever buy from them.

Totally and utterly impossible to get hold of customer services. Have hung on for over half an hour several times, have requested ring-back calls - nothing.

Absolutely appalling customer service.Having patiently waited 3 weeks for a Christmas order I have now been advised part of my order has been returned as unsuitable !!!!!!!!!!No goods have been received by me and the courier tracking states they are still waiting for the package to arrive.It is impossible to speak to a customer service adviser - default position is a referral to the company website, my order number isn't recognised via website enquiries , it is impossible to contact anyone via Live Chat as it is permanently disabled, any e mail enquiry is responded to by deleting the sender's text and again referring to customer services.For such a large organisation to blatantly treat customers with such contempt is shocking.My recent experience has been a sharp reminder of why I stopped ordering from this company several years ago.Never, ever again.

The White Company is fab. Lovely quality & stylish clothing.Excellent service. Goods always arrive within 3 - 5 days (free delivery) and should I ever need to return anything my refund is stress free.

I would never buy from The White Company again. I placed an order for delivery to my home in The Netherlands. The delivery was never delivered to my home, it was delivered to a collection point. There was no info on where the collection point was. I called The White Company 6 times asking them for the information so I can collect my delivery (I was never told why it wasn't delivered to my home). They said they would contact the courier company and call me back. They never did. When I chased I was told that they had emailed the courier but not had a response. I asked why they haven't called the courier, and I was told that that the courier has no telephone number during Covid. As they cannot locate my parcel, and they're unwilling to help me, I have requested a refund. I'm really disappointed in the customer service of The White Company. They were friendly on the phone, but never helpful. They promised call backs and never did. I'm really surprised that they were not interested in finding out where their delivery had gone! I won't be buying from The White Company again.

Amazing customer service over the telephone. My purchased product didn't arrive and they couldn't find it in the system, so I had to proe purchase, etc. etc. Although CS was fantastic on the phone, I wouldn't buy from the White Company within the Harrods Store in London again. I wouldn't even have to call if they had delivered what they said they would and when they said it would arrive! It turns out they swapped the letters of my postcode around in the store, despite having the accurate one on the order form. Bring your brain to work peeps!
