3 pairs of well loved shoes, well worn - revitalised like new again!I am delighted with the finish, the cost isn?t the cheapest but I am more than happy to pay when the result is excellent!Timpsons are my go to, won?t use any other, being using you for years. And the staff are always really sound too!

Had an item sent off for engraving, was told it would take a week. When I called up to chase it a week later, I was informed they couldn?t locate it, they called me back to be told it will arrive the next day and they would call to let me know it?s ready!When I did not receive the call the next day, I went into the shop in person only to be told by someone else that whoever I spoke to on the phone lied as it was only received for engraving the day before.Thankful Becky was very helpful and ensured me it would be delivered by the Friday that same week.

Went in with my watch for new battery was told 10 minutes went back watch working at long last excellent I would recommend guy was very friendly I would use again many thanks

Checked online that the shop closes at 5.30pm - arrived at 5.25pm with my son to get passport photos. The shop was open and the assistant was on the phone (clearly to a mate) saying "I have to keep it open until 5.30pm". He saw me and immediately stated he was closed. When I challenged that it was 5.25pm and not 5.30pm he said it would take too long to take the photos. Fortunately as I left I saw there's a booth which is half the price and doesn't give attitude like the shop assistant. This sort of attitude is a fast track way to going out of business.

Paid for digital picture to use for passport but wanted it emailed to me. I asked instore for it to be emailed to me and was told there is a code which I thought would be downloadable on their website and it is not. I can only use this picture/code on online passport application so have to now take a separate picture to download for a blue badge application. Absolute rip off.
