I went to Steve, who works at the Kings Road Timpson?s in Chelsea, London. This was after an independent cobblers ruined my favourite suede Sergio Rossi boots, and then had the audacity to say there was nothing wrong with them (trying to gaslight me, in 2024)!I Googled Timpsons near me, to get a second opinion. That was when Steve confirmed my suspicions were right, and he told me he?ll try and fix the issue and that I should come back tomorrow.Sure enough I did, and sure enough he fixed the issue. On top of that, as I was so upset the day before, I wasn?t charged for the job either. Well Steve, you have a client for life and a promise is a promise. Thank you cupcakes will be sent this week as you?ve renewed my faith in believing good people are still exist in this world.

Ginger lad so extremely patronising. Reluctant to help then told me I had to send my watch to tissot as the strap was unfixable. This turned out to be absolute rubbish as the timpsons at east Croydon fixed it in 2 mins. On top of being completely rude and incompetent he?s also one of the ugliest people I?ve ever seen in my life. Absolute joker

I have used Timson other branches, but the gentleman who works at this branch was really helpful,I got stuck with a set of keys that nobody could copy one of them, he made some calls to ask where I can get it done, and helped arrange it for me.He saved my lifeIt makes a huge difference when you get someone who gets out of his way to try and help.I am very grateful
