Terrible service since they closed their stores. Don't even process returns. I had been a loyal customer for years but will never use them again.

Edited: I have now received the refund.Thank you.I have been chasing a refund for my order for almost 2 months now. I have send several emails but have no reply. Can you please refund for my returned item as it is quite distressful and causing unnecessary stress.
