What can I say I was greater by brother Mubashir and he told me not to worry he will sort all. I paid a very very fair and competitive price. I was given support 24/7 by brother Mubashir. The whole experience was 100%. We stayed at Emaar Al Khalil Makkah and I had no issues what do ever hotel was clean, staff were absolutely amazing no issues at all. The transport Mubashir set up was perfect on time and kept in touch with me all the time. Brother Mubashir kept in touch with me through out my stay asking if I had any issues. My hotel in Medina was also really nice and located perfectly. Again, very clean and no issues and staff were very kind and helpful. Ziarats were fine with time given to read naffals etc. All in all I am very satisfied with the service received from brother Mubashir and I would highly recommend if it's your first time especially to get in touch and see for yourself. I have already booked again for a visit in Ramadan may Allah SWT accept and needless to say I have again gone through brother Mubashir due to the trust I have built up with him and also the level of service I have received. I only had one issue and that was the booking times of the transport. I WhatsApp brother Mubashir and it was sorted in minutes. I know this seems unusual but I really have no complaints and I am 100% satisfied with my journey and the services received throughout both here in the UK and the companies brother Mubashir has collaborated with in Saudi Arabia. All in all a very professional service I am using again and would deffinately recommend to anyone thinking of going for umrah especially if it's yours first time as the support is really second to none.”

“Once you book onto a trip you get a call the next day to check for eligibility and to take payment. I had Millie as my trip coordinator she had an enthusiastic personality so I enjoyed working with her to get me ready for my trip. She left half way through the trip organisation to follow a new career path so I got Ross! His been brilliant. His professional, updates me regularly, answers all questions and I can always call if I have any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator than Ross. His exceeded my expectations of the global work & travel.Pros:- I have felt very well supported to plan my trip.- Gworld has all your documents organised well.- I was supported with my resume as it needed some extra work!Cons:- limited training opportunities. So you do have to be open minded with areas that may not necessary be your first choice.- It is very costly to book on to an internship or working holiday & as a young professional I have had to use / save some money up to be able to afford it. You also need some money saved up for your arrival especially if your trip does not include accommodation.- You do enquire extra prices along the way that are not included aswell e.g. flights, police record, visa fee. I think the ACRO and visa fee should perhaps be included.”

On the spot vaccinations and certificates issued. Receptionist Chris so helpful and understanding and well informed doctors on site. Highly recommended can think of no better place”

“i have stayed in two different hotels with Red sea holidays one on a cruise and stay other Maki palace and found both to be of excelent ha d a third trip booked when covid stopped all . I am now planning a new visit to Ejgpt a will be going with them sadly not where i had planned as Marsa Alam is well not well acessible but suits are excelent staff on the whole do all you want some much more i say speak as find both hotel where 5 star and facilities met the standards i am a solo traveller over 60 and female so often in hotels i become invisble heres hoping nothing stops my visit this year”
