I whent in there today. Saturday 4th Nov. I was the only customer in the shop with 2 people working there. I asked the young lady a couple of questions and she couldn't be more disinterested she seemed annoyed that I was bothering her. She look up from her phone about 4 times to answer my question. I needed help but she just couldn't be bothered. Well I know were not to go in future. Very uncomfortable experience.

My experience was great. Went to buy a Sim card and Ray was very helpful with same. He took the time to detail out all plans and help us choose the right one.PS: Do note that you may have to wait 15-20mins to be served during peak hours

Came in last week as my phone had broken and I realised I could get an early upgrade. I was in and out within half an hour with a brand new phone, better plan and same monthly price!! Thank you to Oumar who served me - great service and explained everything so well!!

BEWARE, travelers looking for SIM cards! The agent at this store either knowingly or unknowingly sold me a £40 plan that the company discontinued in the middle of my trip with only 2 days? notice (even though they did not mention anything about this when I bought it). I specifically asked if it would cover roaming in the EU, and they said it would for 25G - great! Until the day I got to the EU and received a text message that they were changing their systems and this plan would no longer be supported. Customer service told us there was nothing they could do and that we should have read the entire Terms & Conditions rather than trust the sales agent. Be warned if you?re traveling that this Vodafone store is either willing to lie to sell you a false plan or so incompetent they don?t know their own plans.

I was in need desperately for a charger as my battery was on 1 per cent. I bought one from here for £40!! Nevertheless I assumed paying that much that the charger would be good. It takes 20 mins for it to go up 5 per cent! Daylight robbery

UPDATE: No, they did not steal my wife?s SIM card. She has an iPhone 13, which I have since learned after researching, has what is called an eSIM, not a physical SIM card. I apologize for the harsh review below. HOWEVER, I am not a professional cell phone expert, as Vodaphone says they are. The salesman claimed that our phone always worked in the US because all calls went over Wi-Fi. That is absurd, and a competent salesman would have known about the eSIM. In fact, I?ve learned that it?s easy to discover this in the Settings app. I added a star to the review, but I?d still not trust their competence.Original review:They stole my wife?s SIM card! We bought Pay as You Go cards so we wouldn?t use our USA plans for the few weeks we are in London. Khai, the guy who served us, distracted us by asking for payment while he was swapping the SIMs. Then he said she didn?t have her US SIM in her phone. That was a lie, as she had just used it a few hours earlier and she never even took the case off it. He took advantage of us because he saw we were bleary-eyed and groggy from just arriving from the US. Too late when we realized we were robbed and it took several hours of expensive calls to the US to cancel that number. NEVER TRUST THESE CROOKS!

We had an unbelievable customer service experience at the Vodafone at 17 Liverpool Street. This was one of our first stops in London after a long flight on my sister?s birthday. One of the things my family noticed immediately was how kind everyone in the store was, not only to customers but also to each other. We were given SIM cards quickly, and the store team was so excited after hearing it was my sister?s birthday, providing suggestions and activities for us while visiting London.Unfortunately, my SIM card did not work, so we had to return to the store later in the day. As we were waiting for it to get fixed, the store employees brought cupcakes and chocolate and sang happy birthday to my sister! It was the most incredible experience I?ve had in any business in a long time.I cannot recommend this store enough, thank you to the Vodafone team at this location for making an ordinary experience so special for our family!

I came in to quickly buy a charger and I was met with some of the best customer service I've come across since my return to London. Tze was not only kind, considerate and SUPER helpful. He was also super efficient. I told him what I was looking for and in seconds we were wrapping the sale. Also, he was very open, and asked about my day and ended recommending some pretty cool ways to meet people in London. It didn't feel like i was taking to a customer rep but more like a long lost friend.

The service and care in this store is amazing.Sometimes Vodafone itself doesn't seem to solve the problem, but the people who work here go above and beyond to find a solution for you, from unknown deals, packages and features to somewhat hacks to get what you need. And they do it all with joy.

Save your time and energies for somewhere else.Poor attention customer from the store manager (Raheem i think it was his name?) last Sunday morning: unpleasant tone and not very empathetic.Told me to come back the next day.Went the next day, arrived 7:05, as it says everywhere they close at 7:30, and it turned out that they were closed by 7PM. Went there only to pickup something small, no paperwork or admin needed as it didn't have to be paid. Once again, an unpleasant tone was used to tell me they were closed and some of the workers seemed to laugh.No recommended, the overall atmosphere is dodgy and they are NOT willing to help at all.And please, change your timetables everywhere, don't be lazy.
