Very average location. Do not go to a Screening in the basement and Screen 4. The place is full of bugs and fruit flies. Literally an infestation. The place needs fumigating. Cant eat your food without them landing on you and your food and given the darkness no idea how much extra protein i ate by accident. After that felt like i was itching all over. Needs a massive clean out. In addition the seating is terrible..there is a limited level of raising in height between rows and the seat backs are so high that you can not even see the whole screen as the bottom is either cut off by the seat height in front or someones head in front of you. Highly uncomfortable spending a movie shuffling from side to side to see the screen. Maybe some other screens are better but frankly does not live up to a Leicester Sq expecation. Several people got up before the start and left due the amount of bugs in the place.

If you look at it as a whole, then, in principle, it is quite an interesting establishment. I really enjoyed sitting and watching a movie comfortably, it?s all great. The first two rows are absolutely wonderful. You can pull your legs out. You have a small table where you can put something, but in any case the tickets are also inexpensive - that's all I didn't like. This is because, firstly, the toilets stink very strongly, and in many places there is garbage piled up. I have also attached photos. I didn't take a photo of the toilet. And where I was, too, there was a pile of paper, some kind of water bottles. This is all just terrible for this. In principle, you can give one star, but taking into account the fact that I watched new movies, taking into account the fact that I tried to Do everything possible to create Comfort for myself and not notice all these minuses, because it is impossible to keep track of everything, but in any case, I think the people who are responsible for cleanliness should be more professional or add more employees. If you save on this, then you will lose more from this, because anyone who comes to this establishment will see that you have no garbage bins, on each floor where you can throw garbage and there is a lot of popcorn and other garbage lying on the floor in toilets are dirty. I don't think people will be happy about it. In general, the establishment itself has been modernized quite interestingly, so I hope that the relevant people who work and are responsible for this will be informed. And this won't happen again. I'll come check it out. In any case, you have a good cinema.

Probably the best Vue branch we go to. It's huge, if Im not mistaken 3 or 4 floors? They recently changed the layout at the ground floor.Vue has the best price when it comes to cinema and they have great food selections as well.We usually buy online as its cheaper. For the food, we would buy the combo that includes a snack, nachos for main and a drink. This the only vue branch I've went to that has reclinable seat which is amazing. They have a really clean restroom as well.Good location, as this is our go to cinema when were in Leicester Square.

Went to see the barber movie. Exceptionally clean, escalators to the top floor. Bit of a flap about getting a beer to take in a plastic cup but the staff was really accommodating. The film was worth seeing and will defo go again to that cinema

The place was alright as a cinema. Perfect five points Dolby sound system. Watching Oppenheimer on the big screen was an experience for life. But they showed a couple of horror movie trailers only due to a semi-humorous comment by Chris Nolan that his apocalyptic film can be considered as "a kind of horror". Oppenheimer is no horror movie. I expected a couple of historical and thrillers. Don't like horrors at all. It helps if they'll be more careful about the film genres.

Not the bad cinema in the heart of London. Quite a small entrance. After you go in you can buy snacks, popcorns and drinks. If you have o2, virgin media broadband, you can download the o2 priority app to get 2 standard tickets for £9. And they also give you a 20% discount on snacks and drinks. We went to see Mission impossible there. Picture quality is good, but the screen 9 is quite a small screen. You can sit on the first row, and still don?t feel it?s too close. Sound quality is not bad. Agreed the seats are quite low, but it?s fine. You can use escalator to go to the top floor or use a lift. There are three toilets one of the top floor and one in the middle and one in basement. Toilets are not bad but some film goers weed everywhere near inside the toilet. Parking is expensive around the cinema, but if you have a motorbike, it?s free of congress charge and parking is £1 at the nearby motorbike parking space and free after 7pm.

Great cinema in a great location! The seats were very comfortable and were easy to sit in for a 3 hour movie. They slightly recline, although you are required to hold the recline position yourself (the chair doesn't click into it).I was in row C (the super cheap seats), and I could see everything super clearly! It's definitely not worth paying for the expensive ones. The only other complaint was that one of the stalls in the female restroom was broken, which resulted in a very large queue.

Great location in the west end, lots of food and drink options. Very busy at the weekend which is to be expected, screen 7 is very spacious, lots of leg room comfy seats but the air conditioning could of done with turning down slightly as it was a rainy cool day. The toilets were really clean and has a comfy lounge area on a higher floor.

4 stars for the screen position, I had to sit on my bag to actually see the screen. Despite the bad reviews, the toilets were in clear condition. Screen 9 was also clean and plenty of legroom no matter how tall you are. Huge cinema, I will return

I don't think I have ever been to such a dirty cinema in all my life. Popcorn and rubbish on the lobby floors, escalators, cinema screen floor. Female hygiene bins overflowing to the extent dirty sanitary wear just left on top of the bin.Seats were comfy enough but I won't rush back!

Was awful, we were in screen 4 and the seats were so incredibly low it blocked it half the screen for us, as we were watching Oppenheimer it really did ruin the experience for us. This was my view even when I was propped up on a couple jumpers

Clean cinema, great social spot near the bar beforehand, excellent legroom and helpful staff

Had the privilege of watching the Barbie Premiere here. The whole process was a very smooth experience. That's down to both Warner Brothers staff and Vue staff. The concession stand has a good selection, but is pricey, like all concession stands in movies . Good number of clean bathrooms. Great location. Great seating in the actual screens, both the fancy seats in the front and the normal seats.

Visited Friday night.Very comfy seats, plenty of leg room and able to semi recline.Sound and picture second to noneFriendly staffOnly issue when I visited, toilets not working, had to leave the building and cross into burger king to use their facilities. However, I'm sure that issue will have been rectified by now
