Came in very late (30 minutes before closure) and we were welcomed with a smile. Good food as usual and relaxed atmosphere despite the touristic location.

Just dreadful service. Didn't even get to the table. Understand that service can be slow, but with the restaurant being only 2/3rds full, then to be asked to stand for 15 mins with your children, as the kitchen is behind, is nonsense. Sit us down. We would wait. But a stroppy waitress just told us to stand. We were the only ones! Really undermines Wagamama brand. Great shame. We left.

Amazing experience!! Came for a quick meal and the service was rapid! The food was absolutely delicious and ordering a mixture of sides and mains also to eat in and to then take some sides away, the staff were more than helpful and went above and beyond. Always loved a Wagamama and this one was such a pleasure to visit, thank you!

Lovely food and atmosphere. The food was filling and tasted delicious. Prices were average and not too expensive. I recommend you stop by here for dinner!

Awesome dining experience. Try fire cracker chicken if you like spicy food .

Wagamamas has a new menu, which is definitely worse than the old one. Portions are a bit less generous, and don't taste as good as they did. Some of the best things on the menu are gone. Nuts have been removed from the restaurant as well - I understand this is important from an allergy perspective, but when you order a Pad Thai and can't have peanuts with it, it's just a bit disappointing.

Well I came here not alone. But it is nor matter with who. Vegan meals was not at my level (my level is 17/18 soon I hope) maybe meaty? Next time? Pay with qr code is a long. I try to be a better person with my language. But better to have a toungue then having a tongue of a pork on my plate. That is why I am a vegan.

Good food, but AWFUL service. Whenever I go there, servants always mess something up: bring completely different order or forget your order altogether! Some servants are rude, some ignore you and it takes ages for them to come take your order? I should stop going to Wagamama because every time they disappoint with their service!

The food was good, but the atmosphere at this restaurant may take some getting used to for some. It might be a place better suited for dining with friends or family versus by yourself. The seating is arranged in a banquet-style where several guests sit next to each other at a long table. This should be fine if you are sitting with a friend or group of friends. However, I was sitting by myself in a busy restaurant, and eventually, another solo guest was seated almost directly across from me. Everyone was pleasant, and the tables were fairly wide, so this was not uncomfortable for me, but it may be something you consider before choosing this restaurant. Also, with everyone being in close proximity, you definitely will not have any private conversions, for sure. The service is also more like a quick service cafe where there is very little interaction with a dedicated server. Then, you pay independently on your phone and just leave. Again, there was nothing wrong with this, but it may be confusing and awkward for some people. I'm often frustrated at US restaurants when it takes forever to flag down your server when you're ready to pay, so I actually prefer self-checkout options at restaurants.Lastly, the food. If you are not deterred by any of the atmosphere or process "quirks" of this restaurant, then it will be easy to enjoy the food. I had zero complaints. The food tasted fresh and as if it was made with good quality ingredients. There is a good variety of options, so most people should be able to find something they would like. If you are put off by the atmosphere, then they do offer to go (or "take away") options, so you can still enjoy the food, which is the best part.

Wagamama's ramen undoubtedly stands as a titillating dance of flavors and textures in a bowl. A symphony of succulent meat, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles swimming in a robust, heartwarming broth - it's authenticity and creativity combined. The portion size generously satisfies, creating a comforting, filling meal that manages to uplift the senses with every slurp.

Interesting.Food and service was good but seating and atmosphere? terrible! We got squeezed right in between two party?s on a big table. It was super uncomfortable and the music was so freaking LOUD! I didn?t even want to talk because I had to scream to make my company understand me. Awful! It wasn?t relaxing at all - I left the restaurant stressed and I couldn?t even enjoy my food.Which was actually really good but will not make me come back again if it?s like this in every location. No thank you.

Oh my goodness, other than the salmon salad that was okay, I was quite shocked that the other two dishes, ramen and fried udon were poorly done especially the fried udon. Maybe all the main chefs were off that evening? I will keep this review simple as there isn't much to say about other than I would definitely not be coming back!

The place that didn?t let me miss Asia in London. Meet the host, Nicki at the St. Paul?s restaurant!

It wasn't anything special. The food quality was average and the waiting time to be seated definitely too long taking into consideration they had free tables.
