Terrible and lazy as hell staff!! Didn't know customer service means you stand one place and make out that the customer is blind when asking for a product but won't show them where it is. If I could give no stars I would the whole point of asking for help is for you to show me where the product is and not be so unhelpful. If you hate your job or customers just stay at home this not the job for you!!!

This is a large WHSmith store, a travel location serving London Victoria Station. They have a great selection of travel essentials such as a drinks fridge, including a small selection of alcohol, that covers almost the whole wall on the right side of the store. Prices are high here, ultimately you're paying for convenience, if you have more time, you can pick up 90% of the items here at a fraction of the cost, even just a couple of minutes down the road. This is the case at pretty much every WHSmith Travel location. There is a Nescafe Azera coffee machine here, obviously, you have the usual suspects inside the station, but this coffee machine is especially useful if you're in a hurry ahead of getting a train, and don't have time to wait at Starbucks/Costa etc. The checkout area seemed a little too compact for my liking, it became a little messy rather quickly, given the size of the store, it's almost unacceptable as they could easily improve the area. 4*

£2 for a standard bottle of water or £5 for 2 bags of harribo. Elevated prices because its in a station, there is a sainsburys just outside the station.

My advice if you value your health is do not use this outlet!!
Went for a coffee 15/10/17 and was told no hot drinks because the manager hadnâ??t ordered milk
Went to get some chocolate and was advised not to buy anything as they had a rodent infestation which was out of control
Whilst I appreciate the honesty of the shop assistant the place should not be open for trade if this is the current situation
