Excellent service at this Pharmacy. Always helpful. My daughter had been given a prescription by the local hospital on a Sunday evening. They were the only local chemist open. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and serviceMy mums medicines are always missing and they always have the audacity to blame the GP for not processing things. There will be enough medicine supply and they are in denial of the fact that there are people amongst this pharmacy that most likely steal the medicine. I fail to understand how this pharmacy has not been put under investigation. To them the patient is always lying and hiding medicine.

I needed an emergency prescription filled and my nominated chemist had to order it in. Not having the luxury of being able to wait I called other chemists in my area. Woodgrange came up trumps and I was able to immediately get my medication. Lovely staff, big shout out to Ziyaad who provided excellent service and advice. I immediately changed my nominated pharmacy to this one. Pharmacy is in a beautiful building on the high street.

I went to Woodgrange Pharmacy early on a Sunday morning for a lateral flow test, and on the off-chance asked if they had covid and flu jabs. They checked my eligibility and then gave them to me there and then. As a carer for a child with disabilities, it's essential for me to be able to access pharmacy services at times which work for me, and Woodgrange is not only open every day of the year (and from morning to evening every day), they are super friendly and helpful. Mohammed the pharmacist was really kind and efficient too. Recommended!
