Zara?s fitting rooms are closed half an hour before the time the shop closes which is making it impossible to sell more clothes. Interesting policy for a shop that says they don?t respect their customers and treat them as nuisance. The manager of the store wasn?t very polite either. Well, they definitely saved me money today. I suppose the owners are too rich to care how many customers they are going to lose.

I recently had an experience at Zara that left me with mixed feelings. While I've always been a fan of their clothing, my recent visit to the store was less than satisfactory.During my visit, I encountered an issue with a manager who approached me quite aggressively. I had innocently sat down on what appeared to be a clear space, which I thought was a seat but turned out to be a low table. The manager, rather than politely informing me of the situation, seemed to be quite irritated and made it clear that I had made a mistake. This initial encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.What further added to my disappointment was witnessing the same manager loudly reprimanding a customer at the checkout downstairs on the men's floor. It was clear that this was not an isolated incident, and the manager's behavior seemed unprofessional and disruptive to the shopping experience.While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, and customer service can have its challenges, I believe it's essential for a store like Zara to maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment for its customers. My visit, unfortunately, fell short of these expectations.Despite this particular experience, I still appreciate the quality of Zara's clothing, and I hope that the store can address these issues to provide a more enjoyable shopping experience for all customers in the future

Stop squeezing your employees, hire new staff. All employees are tired, incredibly rude and unhelpful.I stood in line to the fitting room for 20 minutes, tried to ask assistant to bring another size, but my request was rejected in a very rood manner.

Wow, the girl who works at the fitting room was such a treat! She asked customers to hang cloths for her, and I saw this poor girl before me took more than 10 pieces and the staff asked her to put the extra pieces back to where she picked them up!!!! Unbelievable service? no idea why she thinks the whole world owes her? I mean she works there not the customers!!! Go to other Zara shops!!!

This zara is lovely, but at 7.45pm on 8th August, the security was going round asking everyone to leave the store. I wanted to purchase a dress and was told to leave even though the tills had not closed he was rushing everyone out the store. Crazy!!

Waited in a line for 25 minutes to return one pair of jeans. Need to either hire more staff or dramatically increase the speed staff work out, seriously could not have moved much slower. The line to purchase goods must?ve been a good 30 people long, returns was about the same by the time I left.

Poor customer service! Not a single chair was available to sit down while my family was shopping around. Even when I tried to sit down in the corner the security came to me and asked me to stand up.

I found that this branch had more clothes that I liked than other branches, and there were lots of sales on, however it?s really not worth coming here and I won?t be coming back to this branch. I waited in a queue, with only a few people infront of me, but there were only 2 people on the desks, and the people in the refunds queue were being prioritised, so I ended up waiting in line for over half an hour, just to buy one item. Don?t come here.

The Zara I know in HK is far different, it's much nicer there although they sell the same things, the shop is not well maintained in Covent Garden. I was trying to find some sweater and I had dig into a pile of them. Things were all over the place too.

So organised, everything in place, easy to shop and the new self-service payment machines are great, put everything into the "basket" and all scanned to you. After pay it, you have to remove the alarm piece, bag it and of you go. I would go back to this shopping because it is an example in how all shops should be. Well done
