The worst Ladbrokes branch ever !!!!!\\nAppalling customer service.. rude young boy working there with no customer service experience.. I?m assuming he is from a ghetto area in London because the way he speaks with you.. they are always on their phones no help at all.. their machines don?t work.. scanning not working.. how can you expect people to bet if every machine in that branch doesn?t work!!\\n\\nLadbrokes needs to teach their employees customer service?. Avoid going here STAY AWAY !!
