Great service when advising me what I needed to order for a whole fence replacement, then efficient delivery within the quoted timescales. Nice bunch of friendly and knowledgeable guys, especially the delivery one. Quality items, too, at decent prices. Pays to shop local.

WARNING! Extremely rude staff! Especially ginger "wanna be yard lord" but not only him!I've delivered to huge number of sites and never revived that amount of verbal abuse (including swearing at me!).Absolutely unacceptable!You'll travel long distance to make a final delivery just to experience abuse - not acceptable!Won't be delivering to this site anymore and already refused a job to deliver.Beware! You've been warned.

Very convenient location, very close to where I live. Helpful staff. Yard is very busy. Customers having to find someone in the yard with moving vehicles operating, without high visibility vests, is hazardous. The staff operating the vehicles look out for customers and assist by stopping what they're doing. Happy with my visit today but safety can be improved.

Even though it says they don?t open till 8 o?clock on a Saturday it was nice (sarcasm)being woken at 7.30 this morning (Totteridge Road) by a delivery driver off loading his order and then throwing the pallets back on his van,how loud was this guy,no respect for people trying to have a lay in after a hard week at work!!!

Totally rubbish service, promised the delivery at 9am and phone them at 10am and it ainâ??t even left the yard. No customer service, they were quick to take my money, but weâ??re a total disappointment. Stay clear of these cowboys.
