DO NOT TRY CLOTHES ON HERE! The staff are difficult, the three item limit is ridiculous, there?s only one fitting room with long queues which means you?re rushed, and the worst part: when trying on some tops I turned to notice the door has a large gap at the top with a CCTV camera in view. They can see you undress. I had to hide into the corner to try stuff on. I was so uncomfortable I decided not to buy the stuff I wanted and immediately left. Revolting.

I usually do not review places like these. BUT I was in a rush and knew what I needed to get: Adidas Goletto VIII Size 8 (White). I rushed in and found the person responsible for the shop: a lovely lady who basically heard me out and found the product code and called her colleague in the store room to bring it to the front in max 2 mins. Very appreciative of her understanding the rush job and delivering beyond my expectations. Thank you both and hope this results in a salary raise in your pay review when it happens. All this on Black Friday weekend as well I may add.

Not even a one star is for this store. I went today to this branch for the first time disgusting behaviour by the manager when I entered there was already a customer swearing and arguing with her, I went to buy a t-shirt which had a price of £11when I went to the till the lady told me it was £26.99 I told her no you can?t charge for something that has a different price on the price tag the the manager got involved and started to shout at me to leave the store. Very very rude staff and especially the manger she needs to get removed from that store. I actually don?t blame that other customer even shouting at her with a bad attitude like hers. I am definitely taking this further!!!!

When we went to the kids side there was someone in front of me without finishing with them she came to me and I showed the shoe to her she said the shoes are there when I asked her were is that place she started looking at another customer and wen my volume was high I asked were is that place she started shouting at me and she sweared and she told me that she wasn't going to look at me and the security look at us and gave us the shoes that we wanted and she told that her name was Anna but I'm not quite sure if it is true. I was very shocked they need to not hire someone who can't control there selves on anger.

ZERO STARS not only customer service is non existent in this store, when you ask for help they look offended. I?m not even sure why they are still open. Any time you go there they don?t have any sizes.

On the website it says the shop closes at 18:30. I was in the shop before 6pm choosing shoes for my 3 kids but the manager refused to serve me and said the shop closes at 1800. I challenge the manager about the closing time but he insisted that the shop closes at 1800 not 1830 and I have to leave the shop. I told him on your website it says 1830 he replied it's not my problem to change the time from the website. I was so disappointed and had to go another shop to the shoes. No compassion at all.

Terrible customer service! (actually 0 stars). Needed some assistance in the shoes section. Asked a member of staff if he could help us and he initially said he didn't work there. Then said yeah okay, scanned the shoe we were looking at and said they didn't have my wife's size and walked off. We had to look for another staff member, who just dismissively said he was busy with more important business (looking at a computer monitor) and we had to bring the shoes to him to scan. We hung around the shoe section for a while, not really sure what to do next, too scared to ask anyone for help, then decided to rather leave without any shoes (or service). Looking at other reviews on here I can't believe that this sub-level customer service has gone on for this long unchecked. This is obviously a reflection of management's incompetence to manage their staff. In hindsight, it seems that the staff are running the store without any management.

Staff are unapproachable and some on their phones. Once they serve you a shoe they're gone, there's no 1-1 customer service skills it seems. I've been to other SD stores and this isn't usually the case.
