The clerk service here is really rude, they just perform the basic clerk should do and help to get things from the warehouse. If it wasn't for my love for the brand I don't think I would go back.

My bag, phone and wallet were stolen inside the store, despite the fact that there were many staff around. They couldn't show me the CCTV footage as they couldnt seem to access it. They should improve security in this store, especially since they told me it has also happened to other people already.

Visited 3/28/23 great customer service. All were great, especially Lamar who assisted me. Fun atmosphere w/great decor. I purchased socks. The shoes were average. Definitely a great store to shop, chill & play pool

Cool store with really friendly staff. Enjoyed experience, they even gave my daughter a free gift as she was running wild in there. Also great service and very responsive on WhatsApp.

The profit has been brought online the cost £220.00 but get the refund only 71.00. Instead of £220.00 as present on the information on the app.The staff do the job without information to inform customer that what is going to happen if you buy the product online with voucher. That you cannot get any voucher back before the process that cannot undone. Only ask me to find out myself with customer services team.Seem it non-sense service when you buy the product online that customer will not see the actual product and try on. You not have a chance to change your mind to other item.?I did not ask the money on voucher back to my account as cash but I have ask the voucher to get the other product from you instead.In this term seem not fair to customer who buy the pro it online. As show that you cannot change your mind. If you change your mind you will lose £148 benefit.The staff has draw this kind of ideas to their customer?You not lose any penny in your pocket as we refund what you paid but exclude the benefit that I apply from voucher. It is not a promotion as the your marketing?But the question is?Who got this benefit?When big company as Adidas can do it better!Who want this kind of this service?
