Terrible customer service in branch and on the phone.My dad is a business customer. He is not great with computers and likes visiting the branch to carry out transactions.The staff regularly try and turn him away and tell him to do everything online. He has explained to them multiple times that he is not great with technology and his preference is to deal with issues in branch.In addition to the in branch problems above, we have just got off the phone with KYC team, who was verging on passive aggressive on the phone to my elderly father.The customer service is so poor that he is now now looking to switch his business account to another bank.

The lady at the reception(?) counter was incredibly helpful. She found a solution to my predicament when no one else at the call centre could. Very grateful for her advice and assistance!

My branch is now closed and I dropped in here today to resolve an issue with my card reader thingy. Within ten minutes a very helful man had ordered me a new one and I was on my way. A great service all round!

The worst banking experience I've ever had. They will just look at you and not bother to attend. Bunch of tossers and the sight of them too they're all ugly which is ashame too.

The worst branch ever, try to get bank statement printed with a wet stamp, for visa application. This branch insisted their machine-printed version is sufficient for whatever visa application purposes and they have never heard of anyone who requires wet stamp.After waiting for a while, they asked me to print on the ATM downstairs myself, in which 2/3 were not working. And the only one that is working doesn't have the printing option.Coming back upstairs and they asked me to print it myself at home, bring back those papers and they will stamp it? Or just order a statement online and it will be posted home.

I opened my bank account here and had a great experience, and recently Ulysses has been wonderful in helping me gain access to my account. Very patient and efficient. It?s a huge plus the bank is open on Saturdays!

I have to give 5 stars. Few years ago a very gentle guy helped me and my husband to print three years of bank statements for both stamped and signed EVERY SINGLE PAGE, not a easy task. Plus I have an emergency to put some cash into my account this weekend and it was the only Barclays open on Saturday. A BIG THANK YOU!

Barclays (Sharklays) are investing in the exploration of new fossil fuels which is leading to the climate crisis and damaging human health. I will never bank with Barclays when they hurt our future. I will remove this post when they stop funding fossil fuels. We're better without Barclays!

The Tottenham branch told me to go to a local printing shop to print out bunch of documents. Then they told me sorry those documents are useless come back next time lol I am not sure if they have any clue what they were doing in their job. Their helpline online offer different info from the info they gave me

I'm very happy with this branch. Usually I'm served by Mr. Rejesh Vanza. He is the most experienced person in the Barclays. Has an excellent costumer service, always recommend me good and fit to my profile offers. Hopefully my experience with Barclays will be always like that
