Was here for the Our Future Health appointment. I am extremely uncomfortable around needles and blood, but Michelle was very lovely and made the whole process a lot less traumatic. She's also extremely skilled with taking blood, resulting in minimal pain during the process, and barely any bruising afterwards. I often have troubles in past experiences (extremely low blood pressure, tiny veins, etc...) but this was as smooth as it gets.

Your staff?s attitude stinks. Terrible experience. the person next to us knocked over the whole bottle of foundation liquid, splashed on my shoes and trousers, a very large area, and your staff has been shirking the responsibility all the time , repeatedly telling us that it?s not their fault at all, shifting the blame to someone else. In fact, we saw the staff who knocked over and splashed me. No actions, no apologies, no compensations.They only knew to disclaim their responsibility, and that?s your staff. That?s your attitude. I can?t wear my whole pair of shoes anymore and they worth quite a lot. No more boots. and I will warn others of your stink attitude.

Store telephone number doesn't work. General enquiries, nobody answers. Opticians, nobody answers. If you hold on the line to speak to an adviser, it returns you to the main menu. Website also doesn't work. If you click 'Email Us', nothing happens. Hopeless customer service.

On the evening of October 30th, I experienced a severe digestive issue that caused me to vomit on the floor in Boots next to the pharmacy desk. It was a distressing and out-of-control moment for me, but the exceptional service provided by the team, especially the lady (with black hair and eyes), helped me feel better. Despite not being able to remember her name due to the trauma of the situation, she quickly assessed the situation and provided assistance. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire Boots team for their exemplary service and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused the cleaning team.I am continually impressed by the efficiency and expertise of the Boots pharmacists, who consistently go above and beyond in addressing urgent medical issues. While Boots may not be a hospital, the staff's ability to handle emergency situations is truly commendable. Thank you for your exceptional care.

I had an appointment for our future health today, the most friendly and supportive Michelle took care of me. I have a phobia for my blood taking. She has made me comfortable and has been very informative. Thank you Michelle ??

For my "Our Future Health" appointment, Michelle took great care of me and not only did we have a great conversation, I was able to get some of my Health data such as blood pressure and cholesterol level (I really wanted to know this especially). I couldn't have asked for a better person to do the readings. Very professional and super friendly as well. Love this research programme ?

I have been a regular customer for a long time. Never have a problem but today at 8.30pm I went to do click and collect. I know where to go to collect but after waiting for awhile, no one came so I went over to the paying till where there was a person. I queued just like everyone else. The female staff said that i have to go to click and collect till. When I said I was there and no one comes. Her response was ?I didn?t even see you?. The fact that I was doing the right thing in the first place but one there to help, so I myself have to seek help myself. The response was so rude. There are many ways to say like if you go back there, i get someone to help as an example. But what is the point of having click and collect if the staff can?t even see as she said herself. Might as well just use the same till if the staff herself can?t even see. I could end up there for ages and no one can see me.This is a disappointment. No point in having separated till if the staff can?t see. Please find a solution to this or train your staff how to do service properly. Thank you.

I went for an NHS flu jab appointment and there were 5+ of us waiting 45+ minutes past our appointments at lunch time with the most unhelpful person failing to give any estimation of a reason or estimated time. (turns out they had messed up the appointment scheduling and double booked) It was the worst given injection I've had in a while, and I get a lot. The vaccine still isn't on my record almost 3 weeks later

Great location, has loads of deals. I adore this boots store. It's huge and in an awesome spot. I feel like I can buy anything here. Also they have stairs at the back of the store on the right hand side. In case of a broken escalator-long lift lines emergency.Loved that area of the store too.Staff are always working, the ones that stock the shelves. It's nice to see for some reason. Someone is always walking around. It's nice to see staff around.

I visited this store on the 20th September around 11:30. I was buying a load of products and needed some help as I was in-distress over my phone running out. I was looked after by a team member named Natasha. I can honestly say she gave the best customer service I have ever received and went out of her way and beyond to help me. I honestly can?t thank Natasha enough as she was absolutely outstanding. Best customer service ever. Thank you so much.

The pharmacy staff at Boots Piccadilly give the worst customer care ever and when you complain about them to the store manager the manager can only apologise and say they have tried to resolve the (known) issues but they seem to have absolutely no power over the pharmacy staff.I complained about how rude they are and that they like to announce your medical condition when you collect your prescription and the result is that they will no longer administer me my prescription in my local store! Lol! It's such an obvious abuse of power. Seems even the poor hen pecked customer care team jump to the pharmacy staff drum at Boots Piccadilly. It all seems very corrupt and wrong. I'll get to the bottom of this. I don't like big pharmacy controling the populace!

Nazmul of this shop is an absolute jobsworth. Looking to scan customers items when they have been queuing for a long time only to say it is a prescription counter. If it?s a prescription counter, why are you there with your scanner Nazmul? Why do you have the scanner? Humaria also having a lovely chit chat with a colleague whilst multiple customers wait. What a terrible customer experience.
