I am very surprised that Boots in such a busy location has such a little cate for the clients.\\nThe customer service is very rude and inconsiderate. Yesterday ( 3/01) I was quiting to their self checkout when a guy on the cash register literally left the desk ( while we were queqying) to have a fun chat with their collequeuges! They literally were laughing standing just half a metered away from the queue. The other day the lady with curly hair was supervising the already long queue. When I asked her why there's nobody on the desk to help serving the customers when the queue is that long, she just replied:\\\" no, it's not busy\\\"...I was gobsmacked. I told her I am going to a different store and left my shopping.\\nI never ever ve seen such a low level of customer service in any boots! I don't think the manager is doing a very good job here...

I went this morning around 8.50am and I asked if they are doing blood pressure test as I'm pregnant and I needed to checked because I had 3 days in a row headaches. As every pregnant women knows to have this kind of each can be your blood pressure is high and is risky for the baby.So the person from the pharmacy didn't care about my pregnancy situation and told me I need to book an appointment.I felt really frustrated and disappointed because I saw today it doesn't matter you are vulnerable and need more attention. It's sad to go to an store I find this kind of people. OK I need an appointment but maybe you can can put me in a slot today, or make an effort for me. But it's look like staff there doesn't care and have not any empathy ?Never will come back to this place.In other hand I went to another boots and being also fully book they made me a favour to check my blood pressure.Still believe in the humanity ??

On my second visit, the staff at the counter once again displayed an unwillingness to assist, which was disappointing.

There were so many things I wanted to buy that I couldn?t fit them all into one basket, so I brought my small suitcase to use as a shopping basket. But the black female security guard rushed up and said I looked suspicious like a thief, and forced me to stop shopping. (And she also called the manager, who also thought I was suspicious) and forced me to pay the bill. I think this is racial discrimination. I am still a student, do you think I am easy to bully? As a consumer, I am very dissatisfied. I will never never never come to this store again???I am really angry???I hope they can be fired.

I visited the pharmacy after 7 pm on 04/08/2023, hoping to purchase some over-the-counter tablets. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. It seemed like they were approaching the end of their shift, but that doesn't justify their unhelpful behavior.I initially asked a woman on the shop floor about the tablets, and she directed me to the pharmacy counter. However, when I waited there for assistance, she seemed too preoccupied to help. Upon returning to her, she redirected me to her colleague in the pharmacy.To my dismay, the second staff member was equally unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for assistance, she claimed to be busy and questioned why I didn't ask her colleague instead. I explained that her colleague had instructed me to seek help from her, but she still seemed reluctant to assist.What bothered me the most was that she had no other customers at the time, so I couldn't understand her busyness. The lack of professionalism from both staff members was disappointing and left a negative impression on me. I ended up waiting at the counter again, but as both staff didn?t budge to assist me I then ended up leaving without the tablets.As a customer, I expect better service and a willingness to assist, especially when seeking to purchase products from the store. I hope the pharmacy can address these issues and improve the customer experience in the future.

Absolutely no one to be seen upstairs in the pharmacy. After waiting for ages a man finally turned up & he was incredibly rude! Next time I need the pharmacy I will seek out another branch.

Poorly laid out. When you're in pain, feel awful and want to get what you need as soon as possible, literally none of that is easily accessible. You gotta climb up to the first floor. What you can buy on the ground floor is make-up and random vanity goods that have nothing to do with the purpose of a pharmacy. Thanks Boots!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ran into the rudest and least helpful pharmacist in this place!! I can't stress enough, but this pharmacist (who was working there on 30/03/23 around 7:30 p.m.) should not be working in a place where the interaction human is necessary! I had a headache and quickly stopped to buy medicine (little did I know the pharmacist would only make it worse) He was extremely rude and didn't care to serve me even though I was waiting for TWENTY minutes (because he was busy on the computer; when I insisted and asked him for quick help, especially after so much waiting, he literally asked me to stop talking and express the fact that he didn?t care about my situation) I saw other bad reviews about him and I?m still surprise this little angry man still work in this place.
