I am currently visiting London originally from America,Came in just to browse , however I couldn?t leave empty handed all the beautiful bags caught my eye . A lovely lady called Miruna helped me pick out the most perfect bag for me she was so patient and passionate we spent lots of time analysing and talking about the Burberry products . I had a great luxury experience , I can not wait to wear the bag !

Great store, great brand..bought multiple items but beware of Fiona..! All the staff are amazing and helpful apart from this one. Makes you feel unpleasant and will not help you when required. Quiet an artificial attitude and just makes customers uncomfortable. Not friendly at all so would advise you to keep a distance from her, if possible. Rest of the staff are excellent and welcoming as it should be. Burberry can do better and should do better than hire such a ghastly representation of a ?manager? at this store. Disappointed. Watch out.

Grand luxury store! Amazing experience. The place is huge, earlier it was a theater as per the staff. Very good collection and classic Burberry products along with latest collection. Apparently, this is the biggest store of Burberry in the world.

Very disappointed about this brand. I'm a loyal client and it is been a few years. 3 weeks ago I have bought a cashmere scarf, I called them the day after because it was dirtying all my shirts t-shirts.... because of a "pilling effect". First I just wanted an expertise and an advice to see when it was going to disappear. To be honest, the first person in the customer service was very nice and helpful, after I went to a shop to show them the scarf and they told me to wear it as much as I can and to call back after 2 weeks to see if this pilling effect was still here. and It is was, then I contacted them back because it was exactly the same, a lot of cashmere in my shirts... I contacted back the customer service and I had "Jake". So unhelpful, just he wanted to prove that it is normal. I asked him what to do, he did respond me that it was normal we cannot help anymore, ???? Normal to pay £420 to be ridiculous because of this scarf ????? No I do not think so. I did contact my insurance because I really think it is unfair, because I could not wear this scarf anymore, I had to bring my stuff more often to the dry cleaner and I really expect from a company like Burberry to provide a better support to their loyal client. I won't stop here and I would like to pay for something I could use. I won't let it go, if I need to go to the court I will and I would not care as it is included in my insurance plan.
