Quite a small Costa, a bit of a tight squeeze so wouldn?t recommend it if you wanted a cafe to do work from. There is additional seating downstairs which can be accessed down steep narrow stairs. A bit more spacious than upstairs but hardly any plug sockets, while upstairs has about 2 if you wanted to charge portable devices. There are no customer toilets so don?t drink too much or plan to stay there long enough that you?ll need to use the toilets. Aside from the above, the service was precise, it?s the regular Costa menu, I was served by two ladies who were friendly and attentive but not the most enthusiastic.Free WiFi was available and connection was good, I personally didn?t get food but there wasn?t an extensive selection just the usual pastriesOverall this is one of those costas you stop by for a quick drink to grab and go.

The worst service . The staff were very rude and slow. The Romanian lady was eating while she was doing the coffees and was speaking to us with her mouth full.Coffee is looking disgusting,you pay almost £5 for what. If you?re having a bad day you don?t need to put it on your customers .Lack of professionalism!!

Messy management and rude attitude. I was in the line behind a couple and because they were huge, the staff didn?t see me in the beginning. Then, a guy behind me cut the queue directly to the front. I told the staff I was behind the line and came first, but the woman doubted me and insisted to served the guy with no manner who cut the queue, and told me he just have a water to get. Never experienced anything like that before, first unfair experience. Should fire that kind of staff.

My son (adult) and I stopped for coffee, a tuna melt and sausage bap - all of which was to the usual Costa standard. We sat outside which was nice. Downside was no customer toilets - I did check with the staff member behind the counter who seemed not to be in the best of moods.

This is one of the best run Costas. The female manager deserves praise for her outstanding customer service and ability to manage everything like clockwork even during rush hour. Always an enjoyable experience coming here.
