Visited this Costa today and it's just awful. Used to be ok, now no seating outside. Paper cups only, even if u sit inside, as we did. Server had attitude and everything we asked for seemed an issue. Used to be able to use the loo in the hotel next door, as long as you showed your receipt. Now this had become a problem... read full comment

We had coffees to take out. Its very busy. And quite clean doh. Need more staff. Its a tiny place with few seati g tables...
