Booked an appointment and when arrived in store have been told that they do not do any repairs in this store. Staff trying their best to get rid of you.

Five members of staff, sat in the corner chatting and trying to work out which one is meant to deal with the next customer that walks in.I'd made an appointment for a repair, turned up five minutes early to be told that they can't send repairs off and that they don't take appointments.I'm now standing in another EE store down the road that has a lot of customers waiting, a lot of staff but just one person helping.London EE Stores are the worst.

Having read the poor reviews I was rather reluctant to visit the shop. However I was pleasantly surprised. I was acknowledged immediately and the person dealing with me was very helpful. He had to clarify some details with his supervisor, who was also friendly, efficient and professional. I managed to streamline my broadband and tv package, and also transferred my mobile over from another provider, saving quite a bit of money in the process.Just goes to show, you can?t rely on reviews! Best to go and see- if the first impression is good, just go for it.

Worst experience ever.I usually can't be bother to review, but I really want to avoid other people to be played like they tried to do with me, read my story andDON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE, AVOID THIS COMPANY.I was looking to switch to EE and get a new phone as well, but no.I unfortunately went to this store and I've been approached by this girl Kena. She showed me the plan etc. I was looking for a Google 7 Pro 256GB.After confirming that she had the phone in stock, she also tells me there is a complementary smart watch included, she registered the watch, we sign the papers and then she goes to the stockroom and guess what? This phone was sold out from long time in all UK (so obviously she was aware ahead and lied because they get commissions on the contracts they make) I was in a rush so I had to leave as she was taking way more time that what she said it was needed to get everything done and because of that I was late to work and regardless the fact I was kindly telling her we were out of time we kept saying "2 minutes" while registering that dodgy contract on her ipad.I went back the day after to return the watch and make sure no contract has been validated since I HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN ANY PHONE, and guess what? the watch was actually a separate thing you pay for and is not refundable once you sign (apparently is written in a very small line at the end of the contract) so another lie from Kate.On top of the already highly unpleasant experience, they tried to convince me to go for a different phone or the one with less memory so they won't loose the sale and therefore their commission, obviously.Luckily I know my rights, and I insisted to get my refund and walk away from that place.A manager took charge of the matter, proceeded with a refund and apologised for the inconvenience.Unfortunately I wasted hours of my time in the process and I got unnecessarily stressed by the lack of professionalism of the staff of this company.Hope my review can be helpful, don't get fooled, there are better options out there!
