Avoid signing up with EE at ALL COSTS.Not only are their contracts the worse, and their cancel clauses awful, this is by far the WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE.The staff were EXTREMELY unhelpful with helping me fix the phone I am paying them for. They didn't check if i was insured, they didn't check if it was covered by manufacturer warranty, which it was, as I had to check myself with the manufacturer.It's definitely not EE in general as down the road on Oxford street it was rather pleasant, it's this store that has by far the worse soul sucking people I've ever met. At some point the lady helping me was so unhelpful another member of staff helped out a little, but still, AVOID please for your sake.

Absolute terrible customer service.. went to get assistance for my iPhone which is under contract with EE.. All they managed to do was delete most of my contacts and make the phone even more useless!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

How come telecommunications corporations have the worst communications?While ringing them trying to get help about roaming services before travelling overseas, they have an option asking if you want to talk with someone,When you choose that, they suddenly hang up on you, and send you text message with general questions, when you answer the question, hoping they will help you, they just reply as if you agreed with their exorbitant roaming fees, and trap you into a roaming service, without anyone actually talking with you to help you or answer your questions.The petrifying thing is that by the way their useless system is designed, they manipulate you into agreeing with something which you actually didn't agree, which most certainly rhey will use later to justify over charging you for services that you didn't agree and you were just seeking information and help.Do you actually have human beings working there or just bots?How come corporations want money from us human beings but insist in providing ghost services by bots?Corporations must start treating customers with the respect we deserve because without us human beings, who are going to be your customers?The bots?Customers must say no to such atrocious ways that corporations manage us.Do you have a phone number that actually is available with proper customer service to help customers?

Staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude. I went in for a replacement SIM was told I needed the account holders passport in order to do so. When I came back with the passport i was turned down as the account holder needed to he present. The staff member lied to my face, saying he never told me a passport would suffice instead of owning up to his mistake. No apology for wasting 2 hours of my day on his instructions. Very frustrating experience.

Staff are busy chatting amongst themselves or on their phones. Zero customer care and basic politeness. The asian girl with heavy makeup and xl eye lashes is very obnoxious. Looks like she is working as a favour to the EE. Get rid of the lot and replace it with true professionals .

Very bad experience EE ManagementAsking to pay cash 200 to get phone on same day telling us it's like upfront but in bills it's don't show . Muhammad saad Mo Senior guide the cheater making fraud on customers. Not even given contract papers. Trying to put cash in he's pockets. Given us duplicates copy of receipts. We made a police complaint then the assistant store manager and manager come up to talk about the issue. But it's not been solved yet.

Arrogant customer service. They tount customer for their mistake specifically by Muhammad Saad alias Mo. They scam to pay amount in cash saying it is upfront. Literally stealing money.

Really patient and kind when my phone wasn't working properly during a sim card replacement :) Good customer service and I believe some of the comments might expect too much from them. I had to buy a prepaid sim card and was proposed great options :) Thank you !

Don?t go to this EE store. They doing scam and fraud this lady called CAT may be supervisor.she took my card and went inside they not supposed to take my bank card. I nearly lost all my bank savings in my current account. They tried to take the all my money. They got fake card machines. Fraudsters working here don?t trust this place order contract online best safe way to do. Very unprofessional people. AVOID

An extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. I went in with my sister, ao there were two of us. Went in this afternoon 14/9/23.There were two shop floor assistants the woman just chose to ignore that someones walked in the store.The man acknowledged us walking in and asked if we were alright and if we needed help. I explained i was sent here by the covent garden branch to say they would have the motorola razor ultra. He mentioned its not on demo but hes happy to have a look downstairs for me. I said if he could please.We waited for 20-25 mins and saw him sitting on his ipad waited for another 2 mins after. Meanwhile, the woman passed us seeing us waiting to be served. I asked him politely any luck. He rudely responded saying ?you need to wait for me to finish off with this customer first? when he didn?t even mention in the first place that he was with a customer. How would we know hes serving someone.Extremely appalling customer service!!!
