Dear gentlemen and ladies:I would like to disclose to you an egregious case of massive fraud in cooperation with Turkish fraudsters in the name of WHITMAN LABS. The fraud gang used the name of Hull Cynthia Leighann, an employee of WHITMAN LABS, to search for fraud targets on LINKIN. Hull lied that WHITMAN LABS needed a herbal extract. The previous supplier died due to COVID-19, but she knew the contact information of the supplier in Turkey, and the supply price was very different from WHITMAN LABS?s purchase price. She could help broker an intermediary. Businessmen make the difference. Hull then asked them to send an email to Dr. Paul NIgel, CPO of WHITMAN LABS, to confirm the order, and then place an order with a farm in Turkey designated by him, thereby defrauding the advance payment, subsequent payment, customs approval fees, British airport inspection fees, etc. Dozens of people have received this message on LINKIN, and several of them have been defrauded of money.

Such a shame, the service has been extremely poor. Ordered some items on the 7/12, was told it could take up to 10 days. I'm still waiting 15 days later (i have chased both EL and the delivery company several times) and it won't be here in time for Christmas. If i could give minus 1 star I would. Very very disappointed and somewhat unexpected from such a global well known brand

Placed my order on 4 Oct, four days later when I checked it, the order has been cancel I don?t know why. Then I spoke to customer service in Messenger, they told me to speak to somebody on live-chat. I felt I have been pushed away by this company. Why couldn?t you just solve my problem out? I decided to wait see how they react. Absolutely nothing! I spoke to somebody on live chat today after I placed my order two weeks 15/10/2020. The lady significantly polite as unreal that made me felt sarcastic, after said to me you order has been cancelled because the products out of stock while they still selling them online. She cut off When I question her. And I still have no refund. I told the Customer service On Messenger all my experience to speak to the live chat. She turned around apologies for the service I have received. I was so upset that I didn?t received my service at all ! They are the one getting paid to speak to us and suppose solve the problem out and they don?t bother at all. Today is 1 November, still wait for the refund. No one to speak to, no one reply, the company is a thief for me. A scammer. I can?t leave another review on google. That is sad! Let the scam company getting away of it.

I was horribly bullied by A John Lewis Clinique counter manager back in 2014, when I worked in that counter for about three months, her name was Katy Nunn, she is still a trainer for Estée Lauder, this women had a history of bullying complaints from here previous staffs at Boots and in this counter, but complaints never went anywhere because she was friends with Michelle ( the area manager at the time). I?m still reeling with that bullying till today in Dec 2019.
