I love the Evri parcel shop service (when the machines are working hence the 4 stars!) I post a lot of parcels and find this service very simple, fast and efficient. Not had any problems so far apart from the odd time when the technology fails.

The worst company i have dealt with. No customer service, i booked a pick up and stayed home all day, didn’t show up and sent me an email that my package has been picked up. sent a tracking number that isn’t recognised by any of their systems and no way for me to rebook. Customer service systems take you in circles

HOPE YOU WILL SHUT DOWN SOON. YOU LEAVE PARCEL OUTSIDE WITHOUT BOTHERING TO LEAVE A NOTICE CARD WHERE THE HELL YOU LEFT THE PARCEL!!!!!!!!AND IS NOT THE FIRST TIME...IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIMES!!!!!!SELLERS WHY THE HELL YOU'D USE THEM WHEN THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPANIES AROUND????SOLUTION???YOU'D GET A BAD REVIEW JUST FOR...
