Was getting clothing donations for a patient found with no clothing. CEO for a big brand paid for donations, had to make larger exchanges for a 10 year old sizing 12 years old. Could not have got sorted without Jess. Very helpful member of staff

Waitin for over 20mins with my love 2 shop card, sales assistant behind the till not sure what to do with, calls manager 3 x , and (ron?) glacially comes, no urgency no customer service intact, simply says u have to call online (i cudve done that myself !)Sales assnt (2 in particular!) Had no clue whats happenin, rough, no service skills ! Never again!!!

People who are coming from India or any different country please be aware of this store which is in LondonMy friend?s money was robbed by a women . When this incident was happening the security guard didn?t even support my friend she was left alone ! . According to previous reports these incidents happened before as well . Damn sure there is some link between the security guard and the thief . I really want London police to check on this incident and work on this . I highly recommend people to not visit this store hate from india !

Had a great experience shopping at H&M Oxford Street East last week. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Mariana was especially kind and professional. Definitely one of the best H&M stores out there! 10/10

Absolutely appalled by the lack of concern at H&M Oxford Street! My friend's wallet was stolen, and despite catching the thief red-handed, the staff showed zero cooperation. Shockingly, this store is a known pickpocketing hotspot. Staff indifference to customer well-being is disgraceful. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"Beware! H&M Oxford Street: A Den of Thieves with Apathetic Staff"My recent visit to H&M on Oxford Street turned into a nightmare when my wallet was brazenly stolen. Despite catching the thief red-handed, the staff's shocking indifference left me furious. Unbelievably, some employees confessed anonymously that this store is a notorious pickpocket hotspot, and the staff couldn't care less about customer safety. The blatant negligence and lack of cooperation are disgraceful. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this wretched establishment at all costs. H&M Oxford Street epitomizes the epitome of incompetence and disregard for customers. Shame on you, H&M, for allowing such a disgraceful environment to persist.

I love H&M and quite often visit the store on weekdays after work. This Black Friday was one of my visit and I left pleasantly surprised how staff was engaged with customers, I was one of those customers and had a pleasure to be assisted by Mariana who was very kind and took effort with helping me to find the coat I needed. Staff make all the difference, thank you for a great experience.

I went there to find a sequin dress for my sister. It was so out in so many places but one was available there! I got lucky asking Mariana who knows exactly where the item was. She?s so lovely! Thanks to her I found the dream dress for my sister?

I've visited the store yesterday after work. I want to say big thank you for Mariana, who assisted me to get a beautiful dress for the evening. She was extremely helpful and professional, which made my experience so much better.

went in to try a couple trousers at the fitting room. as I'm packing up and about to leave the fitting room, one of the employee opened up the curtains without asking if anyone was inside, didn't even say sorry or anything at all. I called her out on it after I got out and she finally said sorry and made an excuse of "was checking if there was anyone inside". it was so rude of her, what if I was still changing inside? it doesn't hurt to say "excuse me, is there anyone inside?", the curtains were clearly fully closed. immediately left the store after, disgusted and annoyed that the employees couldn't even respect simple privacy while others are in the changing room.

09/16/23 ? Refund scamI was at H&M this afternoon, asked for a refund, asked security who kindly took me to the checkout.I was there until 5 p.m. with a young white woman, tall and with black hair, who really didn't seem happy to be a cashier at your place, the least she could do is greet the guests properly. clients.After receiving my refund, I count the money in my hand and realize that she took ?£4 out of my refund. I went to tell her, but as soon as I said excuse me, she looked at me and turned her head to ignore me. I put the receipt and the money on the counter without saying anything so that she understood my dissatisfaction and she heard it and directly took the exact amount without knowing my request... she withdrew my refund from the cash register and gave it to me. She knew she scammed me. Unacceptable.Employee ethics must be a priority.

I?ve visited this store yesterday. I?ve had one of the best experience in H&M by one of the manager.If I remember correctly her name was Richy, such a friendly service with passion. Compliments and a huge thank you!I hope that I?ll see her in the store next time.
