Note, this is a genuine review. Terrible customer service. Even CEO Mr Anthony Thunstrom can't sort out their customer service disaster. They confirmed they received my returns, but then lost them in their post room. They refused to refund, and only offer a gift card. caveat emptor - buyer beware. They don't respect the Consumer Rights Act. Order #: 14708981 (returned trousers and dress)Order # 14692176 (returned Lucille dress, and Catalina dress REFUND RECEIVED)

Outstanding service from Jay and his team at the store.As a petite mature lady in my 60s I was delighted to find a good range and choice of outfits for me to choose from for my sons wedding. The staff were lovely and friendly and thanks to their expertise and knowledge I very quickly settled on a longer length dress with matching pashmina. Totally stress free enjoyable shopping experience. Will definately make this my first stop for the next wedding in Tuscany!Thanks to all again

I was looking for a specific coat but they didn't have the correct size. Tasneem was fantastic- she took my contact details and said she would check a different branch. She called back within the hour having reserved the coat at a different store and managed to order the coat on the same day. Amazing customer service!

Store manager is ignorant of the company?s return policy and extremely rude. I had to pull up the gift return policy on my phone ? I was in the right (as I researched before visiting the shop) and didn?t receive as much of an apology or acknowledgment. Very snooty to me for no reason.

Easily one of the best shopping experiences we?ve ever had we came in for a browse and a few pieces caught our eye when we were approached by Rawan with the most welcoming amazing energy she helped us find an outfit the mrs is very picky she likes what she likes and rawan really connected and got to know her and she recommended her a few stunning outfits. Rawan set a new standard going over and beyond made the whole experience very special not just a transaction. When they didn?t have the sizes she done everything to help us get it offering online order and transfers from other stores. We?ve always liked Hobbs because of the quality but with service like this it?s definitely become a favourite. And as promised she kept in touch regarding the orders updating us every step of the way she couldn?t get one of the pieces because they were out of stock across the uk however and since we ordered everything to be delivered to the store she offered us a date to come in for an appointment to try on the pieces and prepared us solutions of different options that we ended up getting. Very kind very genuine very transparent support throughout.

The staff were so helpful. Not a huge selection but the staff know their stock so find you clothes for you to try in your size. So my wife's dress for a wedding was sorted easily.

Joe at Hobbs, Regent Street LondonPurchased my first pair of knee-high boots. This was my first purchase from Hobbs too. Was not sure about the fit and had other queries.Despite phoning several Hobbs stores and customer service numerous times, the women that I spoke to just repeated the same information (i.e. return the boots if they are loose; use an insole) which was standard common sense. So far, not a great first experience with this brand. Was ready to return the boots.Finally got through to Joe at Regent Street. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided practical solutions that none of the other Hobbs store staff women mentioned, i.e. use a tea towel to help expand the boots, the potential to return the product within a year if it becomes faulty. He also recommended a product: ShoeBoys Shoe Stretch Spray, to help me.Although the standard discount was 10% he offered me 20% and next-day delivery due to my experience. Joe is by far, the best team member at Hobbs that I have spoken to. He significantly improved the customer experience for me. His knowledge of fashioned shined through too. Thank you Joe! You are an asset to Hobbs, Regent Street.

I was desperately looking for a velvet top for the up and coming Christmas season which was showing as out of stock on line. I contacted Joe at the Regents street branch and I cannot praise him enough. The service was outstanding, He spent time contacting other stores to try to find one and when successful called back promptly and arranged delivery. I was so impressed and he really brightened my day. If i ever need anything in the future I shall certainly be contacting Jo at Regents street. He should be part of your customer service training department as he demonstrated a level of customer service which was purely a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Jo. Angela

My wife needed a full new variety of dresses and clothes in general to start a new job in the banking market. After a entire day walking around the zone, finally we entered to Hobbs store at Regent St. and very luckily (for us) we met JOE, the manager there.That day, after a while, he realised quickly what my wife was looking for exactly. We could appreciate he was really nice and professional about his job, so we accepted the appointment he kindly offered us to come back next week, and then enjoy a much better experience with a wider range of options about what my wife needed to shop.The day of the appointment was incredible, JOE was over 4 hours (!) assisting my wife with a lot of different clothes, blouses , dresses, skirts, etc, even going back and forth with different sizes and/or colours of the same item, which was great because thanks to his advices she could take much easier decisions. There is no doubt about his designer career and long term experience in this business , being him one of the best ?image assistant? we find in a long long time. About all those items that didn?t fit her ?perfect? as she expected, JOE took the size and pinned the sleeves, the shoulders, the waist, etc, to then send all those ones (4 in total) for a tailoring finish, that Hobbs offers as an extra service.The overall experience was really impressive, along all the appointment my wife felt super comfortable with JOE and could solve out at once all what she needed, purchasing more than 10 item overall. The wide range of different ?line-clothes? at Hobbs in Regent St. is fantastic, with a very fine style and a warm environment, while you can appreciate to all the staff keeping an eye on every single detail that any customer was to need, regardless who was being assisted by.We are very pleased to fill my wife wardrobe with a lot of Hobbs clothes, she got really happy.The great job that JOE has made as well as the Store in Regent St. are highly recommended, simply ??????????.We hope to pop in there soon.

I can't thank Hobbs London enough for my bridesmaid dress shopping experience. They helped take away the stress of arranging 5 bridesmaid dresses.We chose a dress called Viola (blush) in a subtle champagne gold colour. The material was such high quality and lightweight. Joe Goode and his team at Regent Street went above and beyond arranging each dress to be sent to different locations for each bridesmaid. They ensured each dress was in perfect condition before despatch.Thank you to all the Hobbs team for their fantastic efforts and quality customer service :)
