Seeing so many complaining the customer service here made me feel my experience is valid. I shop H&G Oxford circus from time to time and normally the female cashiers are quite helpful. Today a guys working at the counter called Osama is so rude. When I told him I didn?t bring my loyalty card but I have email address on my phone and showed him, he just shoveled keyboard to me and asked me to type it with a poker face. That?s ok. And I typed it but there were some errors on the system and he was obviously agitated and just shouted ?type again?. The last straw is that he even whispered to his colleague about me or other customers like I did something wrong, and then after I paid, he probably was too busy gossiping to realize the payment went though, so like usual he shouted again ?pay by the card?. What gives him that kind of attitude?? You could have a bad day but lashing it out on customer is not a smart thing to do when work in retail.

HAD ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER IN THIS STORE. I paid and was then told I shouldn't expect a receipt for food items. Therefore asked for a refund. I was then held there for over 10 mins further waiting to be resolved. The staff member serving me was ignorant, incompetent and rude. The whole thing was truly bizarre. For a store in prime location, should be better trained staff that actually care to do the basics.

This morning at 9:40 a.m. I wanted to ask for help. There was a worker in the store /woman/ <phoned>. Extremely arrogant, not -paying guest friend, and jerk. It would be nice if the nice holland and Baret staff were buyers, because they get paid from us. By the way, I shopped in the store yesterday and forgot my white bag on the shop :(, after I asked the question, the Holland and Baret employee told me that it wasn't in the store, he did this without even looking at it... Outrageous
