Went there on 7th Sept. Why 5 stars? Staffs was efficient and doing their best . Extremely helpful. I think I was served by Rachel (may be wrong name). Anyway, awesome and Extremely helpful. I got all my stuff sorted out. And I can hear (very small branch right) other staff assisting other customer, which was very helpful as well. Thank you all.

Went in on Sunday and Jing was brilliant, sorted out my app kicking me out and my telephone banking. She was very friendly and professional and put me at ease :)

I would like to recommend a staff of HSBC of the Piccadilly Chinatown BranchWho assisted me to open a saving account. He was kind and professional. Much obliged to this wonderful HDBC staff.I cannot remember his name but dure his name starts with C

Was directed to the Chinatown branch as it?s one of the remaining full service branches in London.I had to settle some account matters and while the branch was super busy as it was the day after a bank holiday, the staff were able to keep cool and collected. Kudos to that! It?s really not easy dealing with impatient customers.Special thanks to the African lady at the counter (I wasn?t able to see her name before she left for her break) and Rachel Kwan for helping me with resolve my account matters.10/10!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

EXTREMELY SLOW!!This is one of the few HSBC branches that still does teller functions. Be prepared for LONG lines and painful waits. It takes them 5 to 10 minutes PER CUSTOMER.

Very careful in checking details to make sure everything is genuine avoiding errors!All the staffs especially the financial personal assistants (?) are very helpful and sincere to old premier customer like me! The atm machine outside swallowed my card. Went inside for help but the lady at the counter was unhelpful and told me there?s nothing they could do. She was vague and repeated the same things to my questions which was irritating.Another more senior looking female staff came over and they proceeded to speak in their own language that sounded like Cantonese to each other. I don?t care what they speak alone or in their own times but speaking in other languages in front of customers is just plain rude.The reviews shows that this is not the first time that the machine is randomly swallowing cards and the bad customer service, if any at all is happening at this branch.
