I received great service and advice from Dovile. She was really trying to help me on the day. There was one female staff member who I also had to deal with, but extremely unpleasant with attitude. The branch changed over the years. The space is awkward, nowhere to sit comfortably, neither in private to discuss your money business. Also the cash counter is gone, that's a big disappointment.

16.10.2023. The employee of the HSBC Bank, Mr. Muj, was very kind and helped me to solve the question that I was practicing for the dance. This is the second time I have solved my questions in this branch of HSBC. Thank you very much, Mr. Muj!

You don?t know where to sit, stand and queue. Staff doesn?t have easily visible ID on them. I just approached one of the staff to ask where to sit. I was stopped at ?Hi? and was told he was with the customer in annoyed tone and face. All the staff look like angry and upset. Going to withdraw all the money as soon as my fixed term is finished.

Disgusting!10am any of the automatic machines don?t work. Pay in check, pay in note?. NOTHING.No human in a bank to help with any enquiries. They closed all services 2 years ago and never opened again! 3 ladies sitting and chatting and don?t care what going on around!Simply - SHAME ON YOU HSBS!!!!

Attitude problem with staff, it seems it was a inconvenience to deal with customers and not wanting to deal with machine chewing up money as her comment was "we are going digital" repeatedly basically translating to take your cash elsewhere. Definitely avoiding this branch and if HSBC goes all digital then will close all accounts, such a shame used to be a great caring bank once.

I had an excellent experience with Nazia Mim from HSBC Piccadilly branch, after struggling with my mobile banking app for quite a while I was finally able to solve my issue thanks to Nazia Mim who was extremely kind and helpful. She was very patient the whole time and made sure to listen to my problem attentively and explain to me everything step by step, despite the branch being a bit crowded as it was near the closing time.Really impeccable service from Nazia Mim, highly recommend her!

I went to HSBC Piccadilly today to reset my mobile banking and there I met the BEST employee HSBC could ever had Nazia! She is the most welcoming employee who sees you as soon as you step inside the bank and welcomes you with a big warm smile. She listened to me with most patience as I got frustrated to fix my mobile banking for ages through telephone banking and also visited 3 different branches before but no one was able to fix the most simple problem which should have been fixed with no time wasted! Nazia fixed my problem and got back my mobile as within 5 mins I entered the bank and without any hassle at all. I had to leave a review for her and that is the least I could do for such an exceptional service in the time where it is rare to find a good service at all. She is a gem for HSBC! HSBC is lucky to have her.
