I don't think I've experienced more consistently thorough and genuine customer service than in this store. I came in with a bit of a fiddly problem that required a few visits and some extra research by the team. Hands down and without exception every person I encountered in this store were patient and genuine in their efforts to help me. Problem successfully resolved and leave so genuinely impressed and comforted that this kind of service still exists (especially on Oxford street which is the armpit of retail). Kudos to the whole team. If it was the done thing to leave a tip in retail, I would have.

Had a very positive experience here when I visited to buy some 35mm film (remember that?). Was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction, then served quickly and in a friendly way by one of the team on the counter. All done inside five minutes. Good work Jessops team!

Went in last Saturday to look for a tripod, a camera phone mount and just ask some questions about what cameras good for social media etc. The service I received from Alex (I think that his name hes into photography himself ) gave me and my family all the time of day answering my questions as honestly as possible, didnt try to sell me the most expensive and showed me within my budget - I appreciate that! When he didnt know something he didnt make up an answer he just asked his manager (I forgot his name ) he was nice and helpful too . Ended up buying the T125 tripod Jessops brand as very affordable and the cheapest phone mount (which looking around found it cheaper online but it is what it is) I will come back when looking for my camera nx99? possibly. Great store and excellent customer service even at an 30 minutes before closing time ????

From my experience today the young woman who served me was superb. She was helpful and resolved my problem. Her manner too was very friendly. If only all staff were like this.

I rang up Jessops Oxford Street the other day enquiring about a battery for my Sony A7IV, as I?d stupidly forgotten to bring mine to London. The gentleman on the phone gave me all the available options in stock and put one aside for me to collect within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Every single staff member was super lovely and helpful, big up those guys and gals. They develop, print and sell film at half the price of Snappy Snaps, AND they can do it in 1 hour rather than 3. Note that their machine is currently broken, so processing does take 2 days at the moment. Once they get it fixed though, 1 hour service!

It?s closed maybe for refurbishment, nothing in website to indicate this nor anywhere else. So 1 star for a completely wasted journey

Went there the other day to get my camera checked, all to find out that it was closed for refurbishment! What a joke! Google maps told me it was open, but got there, couldnt find it, so checked the website all to find it wasnt open! Crazy.

Bought XT-5 there on the day of release. I'm giving 5 stars just because i had no issues, but the member of their team seems to have no idea about the cameras..when i made my questions he was googling for answers but anyway i knew what i want so im fine with their service

1) Last year I ordered £5k of equipment which they left on my doorstep 2) the £3k lens had a chip on the glass inside the sealed unit they refused to accept any responsibility and gave me the email of the Sony address I could send it to pay for repair 3) I know I shouldn't have but I have just ordered some more equipment I need 3 days ago they have said they have not received any order from me despite my bank showing payment was madeBe wary - a bit unsatisfactory
