Actually my score is 0. My goods haven?t arrived after 2 weeks. The delivery complaint line after several minutes of automated questions, finally, then said ?this facility no longer exists, go to the website?. I then emailed twice, still no response. No goods, no contact still, so it?s a 0.However, as I needed the drug I went to www.chemistdirect.co.uk; with standard delivery it arrived within two days. So it?s 10 for them.Pathetic.

It only took a few minutes to fill in my details online to enable Lloyds Pharmacy Online to put my prescription together, and get it sent out to me - and once that was done, re-ordering that prescription takes less time and it's on its way. It's a great service and just makes life so much easier. What a great idea! ?

Ordered a product on line. Money was taken. No updates came forth. When I chased they said my order had not been processed. Even though my money had. Product was reordered and was delivered It was a small packet in a far too big box that was not secured properly. The product actually fell out when I picked up the box that was on my doorstep. I am lucky this arrived at all.

I FOUND MY EXPERIENCE WITH LLOYDS PHARMACY ON LINE DOCTOR TO BE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICENT AND MY ORDER WAS SENT TO ME FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO THEM , THEIR PRICE RANGES WERE GOOD TOO. I WOULD GENUINLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. 5 STARS FROM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I have used Online Doctor for a number of years and can recommend it to all. It is quick, discrete very reliable. I give it a 5 star coz I have no complaints whatsoever.

Shambolic, Evri lost my parcel. Still haven?t been able to collect from Tesco express. When I contact online doctor they just say what Evri is telling them, ie; it?s been delivered. The shop says it hasnt

Since they dispensed online through EVRI(Hermes) they have gone down hill, lost parcels, delivering when I said divert.The customer service people at Online doctor are good but this collaboration has left them down and the company although just to go online was a mistake in my eyes.I received this months subcription but where will next months go nobody knows !!!

A very good company was easy to navigate and find what was needed. Very good online consultation process and a speedy delivery service.. would highly recommend especially as very reasonably priced..?

Very unreliable service. Placed (and paid for) an order two weeks ago for collection, went to my chosen pharmacy, and then was told that they?re no longer accepting prescriptions as they?re shutting down. If that?s the case then why is the pharmacy still listed as an option for collection on the website? Extremely poor communication within the company, leading to people like me wasting their time and money on travel. I?ve sent 3 messages so far and still no response. I?ve spent hours waiting on the line, and still no answer. At this point I feel completely robbed. I simply just want what I paid for!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Ordered my prescription on 05/05/23 and have still not received it, yet they have taken the money. Tried on multiple occasions to contact Lloyds through the online patient record and via phone. None of the messages have been replied to, besides one that still did not deal with the issue. The online phone number I have tried contacting on multiple occasions for over an hour each time with no response. This has caused a great deal of stress and as a result, I would not recommend to anyone that wants a reliable prescription service. There has been no remorse from the company or any sense of good customer and service and care.

Online consultation was easy to fill in but thorough. Decision on treatment was made quickly. Felt confident and happy with the whole process.

I am still waiting for my medication from 2 weeks ago. I paid for next day delivery and nothing. I have sent 5 emails and made two phone calls and nobody has responded still. They send repeated emails asking for feedback however. I have had to refer this to my solicitor . Use a different service!

I did an online consultation. The "doctor" rejected my photos as not clear. I send other photos, they were rejected again even though photos are quite good. I politely asked to clarify how to send the photos, and then they just deleted my account!!I tried to email them but they do not have an email on their website. Looks like it will be very hard to get your monies back.

This worked better than I had dared to hope. Given the difficulty of getting access to a regular GP.I wanted advice on a particular line of treatment. By an interactive questionnaire a proposal came forth with follow up checks to see that the medicine proposed would not conflict with anything I was already taking and with any underlying health conditions.Overall I am very pleased that the system seems very thorough, safe and effective. I would certainly use Lloyds on line again and would recommend it.
