The bank is closing at 4 pm, apparently. It's 3:33 pm. I'm standing here for 10 minutes to then get told that they don't serve me because there are too many people waiting. Then change your closing time to 3:30 so people won't go there in the last half an hour and everybody gets served until 4. What a joke.

I was horrified to see how dirty this Lloyds branch is .The windows are so dirty you barely can see if anyone inside .The self service machine for deposits is out of order .Surely Lloyds can afford windows cleaner and engineer to fix the ONLY deposit machine they have in this branch . Plus they opening times 10am-4pm us or helping either .I only have one word to do describe it - LAZY !
