I came this morning Saturday 2/12/23. I came here to verify my ID. Contrary to the reviews I had earlier read online about their bad customer services and all that, the experience I had was totally different. Ammar the front desk officer was super helpful and took his time to listen to me, solved my issue and further took me through a lot of stuff about having a Lloyds account since I was a new customer. He did same for all others who came in which I observed personally. I rate the services a 5 star ?? and Ammar 5 star ?? as well. Thank you.

Zero star if I could. 30 minutes wait for counter service. Only one functional counter in a branch on the busiest street in the UK? Only one staff member serving. Funds were ordered 24hrs in advance but not ready at pickup time. Manager Nicole seemed dismissive to that fact the service here is so bad. Responding "with the short staff it was an option to keep the branch open or shut it". Surely you should recognize that you have a staffing issue? Is the lack of staff because they've left due to the managers dismissive attitude? 13x 1* reviews in the last 9 months.... head office need to wakeup!

Out of all banks arround me (I'm in Paddington) I like to go to this one in bond street. Been here many times, just surprised to read bad reviews here below as I never encountered anyone rude.... Staff were always helpful and smiled... I don't imagine that all these staff that I saw many times been anytime rude to someone? Especially I'm not a very chatty person, I just come to do my thing and they do their job, all in cool manner... never been let down in any way

Hopeless. Presumably this is some kind of flagship given its location, but it's everything I don't want from a branch. From the incoherent layout, to the staff wandering around directing annoyed looking customers to waiting areas for 'someone' to come and assist them. I wanted to draw out some cash, more than I could get from the ATM so I joined the queue for the single bank teller who was counting a large stack of notes one by one, and checking each individual note. I eventually gave up before rigor mortis set in, I'll just have to make daily trips to the ATM, it will probably still be quicker than queuing up

A supervisor named Kim who was at the bank at 3.35 on the 5th of October 2023 was very rude and condescending. I love Lloyds, but the experience with this individual was just shocking.

One of the worst branches in London i believe, customer service aren't nice & AC doesn't work so simply don't come unless you like to waste your time & sweat.

Everytime that i do visit this bank Branch its nothing but warmth and support from the first person right up to the last, and today i had seen a manager called Nicole and she was nothing but kindness and supportive and her kindness was really appreciated by me and all of her customers that see her on a daily basis, i cannot be more grateful and happy about their service and it was just so nice to see them kind and helpful to me and other people's needs . many many warm thank you to you and your team Nicole at Bond Street Branch. if i can give 10 or 15 stars for the warmth and support and helpfulness i would possibly give 20 or 25 .really thank you to all from the bottom of my heart to you and your lovely team Nicole.

Unfortunately for you, last week I came to you I wanted to update the account and you said only your name is wrong go fix it, I went to fix the name I came back today one of your staff made it difficult for me Last week you didn't say it was wrong..
