Served by AHSAN at the tills , super friendly and easy going to talk to, was feeling a bit down and he lifted my entire mood from such a small interaction, what an amazing and genuine person to have working at M&S, will come back to be served by him again !!

I got some help with my purchase by one of the staff named Ahsan . The till area was clean and tidy , I really liked the environment. The behaviour of the staff is kind , nice.

I was terrible judged for what I was wearing I can tell this because a blondish worker with long beard aggressively asked me are you all right and then made a sign to the security to check me like if I was an homeless addict trying to steal something ( I ve recently purchased a 45 l military backpack I find it cool) so next time to prove that I ve worked as manager in hospitality and costumer service at my best and I am a costumer I will dress accordingly to Don?t feel judged? I will stop purchasing anything from that company going to supermarkets should be something we do as consumers to unwind not something that has to ruin my off day where I want to spend my hard worked money, you should teach costumer service to people, whom cannot stand costumer should change profession

My friend couldn?t buy a bottle of Prosecco even tho she had an ID! Unbelievable only cause I was with her and I didn?t have. I even show them my ID on my phone but no. 3 of them telling us that they couldn?t. Never heard of this. Id was there the person that was buying the alcool was paying and only cause we don?t have an English ID. If I could give 0 I?ll do

Handy pocket sized store tweaked for commuters and local residents / AirBnb visitors. Direct access from the tube station is very handy.

Convenient given location by Green Park underground. However the layout is strange. Upstairs and downstairs. Small branch. I just think they need to make the branch easier to navigate.

Loved this branch of M&S which leads to the station.There is also an entrance on street level.The variety was impressive for a cosy branch.Tills are available on both floors.

Go sometime in the morning to get my coffee and pain au chocolat. The lady barista is lovely and bubbly. She knows the regulars and their usual drink. A coffee and a pastry is around £3.70, 1/2 cheaper than local cafés.

Small Marks & Spencers food outlet, beware though STAIRCASE down to breads, bakery, salad etc, found it difficult to go up and down due to poor knee

This shop is positioned on the top of the Green Park station and is near to the Green Park and Buckingham palace. I went on the bank holida, and only the working time was short, but this is normal. All the shelves were full of stock and food. Everything was prepared for the lot of the customers coming on the Coronation weekend to see the events around this week.
