Finding the perfect engagement ring was very difficult for me until I found Sanjay at Mayfair jewellers. So happy with the service received from Sanjay! He was a delight to work with and went out of his way to make our dreams come true! Nothing was too much effort for him especially considering we were after a more special diamond which was harder to get a hold of. Sanjay was professional and personable throughout and we felt we were in good hands. He didn?t overwhelm us with lots of info and kept our vision in mind the whole time. The turnaround times were extremely tight but Sanjay kept to his promises and the end product was even more than what we could have hoped for. Thank you for making the experience even more special, I would highly recommend!

Sanjay at Mayfair Jewellers provided an excellent bespoke service. His responses were often quick and definitely informative. Sanjay did a fantastic job at advising us on how to get the best price without compromising on the appearance of the ring. He was not pushy or pressurising, rather he was friendly and accommodating. I am super pleased with the final result of my ring and would definitely recommend Mayfair Jewellers :)

I had a very poor experience with Mayfair Jewellers in May of 2018. I have tried to contact them numerous times in regards to this poor experience and have given them every opportunity to speak with me directly before I wrote this review. However, as I was never contacted I feel as though I need to let people know about my experience.
