Metro bank as a brand provides good service and is professional in general but this specific branch in Waiting time is equivalent to the accident and emergency department in st Mary?s but on steroids multiplied by 7. atrocious waiting time. I was doing the chicken dance getting up from that long sit down from how long I sat.

Don?t use them. The staff don?t want to do their jobs, there was no change on the counter, but getting change from the vault was met with eye rolling, sighing, and eventually passive aggressively told me to wait 20 mins. This was for £100 of coins!

Whilst it was impossible to open the fixed one year online and to speak to someone however. when I visited your Tottenham Court Rd branch your colleague, Tahmina, was very friendly and most helpful. Thanks to her I am now happy.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Despite system being down Tahmina was able to open the 2 accounts we needed. A completely different experience to dealing with our other banks. Would recommend highly. Hours are also so convenient.

Avoid this bank ? I had a scam problem from September to a meccanic I pay him by bank to his Lloyds bank they open a case take all the documents but not attached them to the case I contact every 2 weeks to have updated but afther 3 month the case is not open? and they not even contact the Lloyds bank?. I?m customer of Lloyds and they are waiting to have the document and open a caseAVOID don?t try to open a business account on this bank total bad experience every week they say different news ? to move the appointment farThen afther 3 month they choice to close my case ?. They customer service call me and they say they can?t help me for scam case they say if I want open it again they need call them back.. I call them back and they say.THEY NOT HAVE THE documents (they lost )than they?ll call in other day to discuss if we need reopen the case the person on the phone was total arrogant un respectful and she was talk on top of me. All the time customers service 0 they really need WORK ON THE ATTITUDE THEY HAVE ON THIS BANKP.s.the Lloyds whaithe them to contact them with case reference from SEPTEMBER !Then 15411-2023 since September the operator call me and say they ghive me back the money because they ceck now all the document and all my payment was genuine ?I SAY THANKS TO THIS OPERATOR BECAUSE was the only professional person I. This bank is truly awful. I've had a similar experience with this branch everywhere I've gone. Staff keep you waiting for a long time. They stand around talking about football.

Getting a bank statement in physical copy was easy. Good customer service.
