Beware of buying online from Moss Bros!Update: upon an investigation, it seems like Moss Bros has a history of refusing returns because the items were damaged, despite being sent back in good conditions. There were older half a dozen of these reports in the past few months and one should wonder if that is a coincidence?I purchased two items online and when I received them they were the wrong colour. I returned both the next day but they refused to refund me, claiming that the items were damaged, even though I had sent them back unopened and in the same conditions I received them.

I wish we read the reviews before going here. Having popped into the Kingston brand to ask some questions about wedding suits and them being so helpful, we made an appointment at the Oxford Street West branch while my fiance was in town. "Appointment" is a strong term for being completely ignored and not helped at all in store. They couldn't tell us where stock was and wouldn't help collect the suits we wanted to try on, not even helping us find sizes if they weren't out. My partner tried on one suit, but we felt so ignored and lost that we left straight after. Moss Bros need to retrain staff at this branch, it was shockingly bad and has put us off using Moss Bros for our Groom and Groomsmen suits, like we originally planned.

My boyfriend and I shop at the Piccadilly branch often as we really like the quality of the clothings. No compliants on that front. Today I went into this store.. while every other staff member was polite and helpful, this one particular guy aged around in his 30s I would say, big nose and big chest who also happens to be the ?manager? as I later found out.. his service was appalling!! Having had 10 years of retail management experience myself working in high end fashion retail from Selfridges to TAG Heuer, I find it extremely frustrating and disappointing to see that a store like Moss Bros cannot offer that consistent quality customer service. This man needs to be sacked and get off his high horse. His attitude towards me was terrible and I have no idea why. I wasn?t rude, I wasn?t demanding. I was only after a scarf today which I will now have to buy at the Jerym street branch.

Tuesday afternoon I went to Oxford Street in order to buy a Tuxedo for a work event.I visited various stores but to my disappointment the quality in most of them wasn't good and their employees had no customer service skills at all.Even if you're a customer that genuinely wants to purchase something, you're driven away by their lack of manners and customer service.Luckily I came across Moss Bros!!The quality of every single item they have is amazing and I was immediately greeted by their staff and assisted by Daniela all the way through my experience at the store.She helped me pick an amazing Tuxedo that fitted perfectly and she was genuinely knowledgeable about the brand, she was friendly and knew how to treat a customer with respect!Absolutely exceptional customer service from her side which made me feel truly great about my shopping experience at Moss Bros!Would definitely recommend it to everyone and undoubtedly will come back for more purchases in the future!

My husband who is a slim fit, went in enquired about slim fit tops and got told "slim fit is for slim". I wash and iron my husband's work shirts each week and they're all slim fit from Moss Bros, so you can imagine the offence the shop has caused by this thoughtless, ill-considered comment. My husband is a regular customer of Moss Bros but I'm now minded to look elsewhere for his shirts going forward. Clearly an unhappy sales rep, content to rip up a customer's confidence.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had a better experience at other branches but at this particular branch the staff are so rude. The staff pick and choose who they want to serve and give negative vibes to those they don't want to. I asked for a simple request and was given attitude, lied to and was being fobbed off until I had to explain that this same service was provided to me at another branch. After this was proven the assistant did not even want to serve me anymore and passed me onto another assistant who was even worse. They made errors in my transaction causing me to pay more than I should. Eventually the service I required was fulfilled but at a stressful price.Will not be visiting this branch again.

I went looking for a suit yesterday after a long day of shopping. As I entered the store a staff member by the name of ?Dhin? was very welcoming and helped me pick out an amazing suit for a wedding I have coming up. I?d like to give thanks do Dhin for exceeding my customer journey and for displaying a lot patience with me as I continuously changed my mind about what type of suit I wanted. I hope his efforts are recognised by upper management and I will definitely be coming back to this store, permitted that Dhin is there to help me of course!

I had a mixed experience with my suit purchase at Moss Bros West on Oxford Street.The purchase of the suit was brilliant - I was super impressed with the assistant Arul who was clearly an expert in tailoring. He just had too look at me to know my exact measurements. He gave good advice and did my alterations perfectly based on my feedback. The suit (and altered trousers) looked amazing and I got alot of positive comments on the day of wearing it.However, what let Moss Bros down was when I came to pick up the altered suit on Friday 7th July at 6pm. Arul was unfortunately not there and I dealt with a taller gentleman who clearly needs additional training in your processes and overall customer service. I came in and said I'm here to collect my suit and he asked if I had a paper slip. I explained I did not receive one but this gentleman immediately dismissed me and said it was impossible (I felt he wanted me to leave the store) - I was a little confused and shocked as I would have no reason to make this up. He continued to argue with me saying a slip would have been provided and made no attempt to take my details or check the system. I had to move the conversation along to providing a solution and with a lot of effort on my part and heavy reluctance on his part, he then checked the back where my altered suit with my details attached to it was found immediately.It was such a shame as I was singing Arul praises and my overall experience at Moss Bros before I collected it and this let it down massively. It's a shame as before iv paid for something, service is great but once you have my money it's a completely different story.
