Lousy customer service..staff specially the customer relations officer has attitude..you call for two days and leave messages and not even a call back!!!! Amazing choice of employees NBK !!! There are many qualified Kuwaitis that suit these positions better than the existing expats that Kuwait pays for them to give Kuwaitis an attitude !!!
