I visited the Oxford Street Street today regarding a sim card issue I was having. I was assisted by Partha, who spent the best part of an hour working to resolve the problem from every angle without complaint and who literally could not be more helpful. He is an absolute credit to O2. Steve Cook, Proprietor, Timberwindows Hampstead & Highgate

I have been here twice and not received any help. 1 of the assistance said he would book me a appointment with a Guru then another assistant said they don't have any Guru's. Anyway go to the other 02 shop, up by Samsung shop got my phone issue sorted and staff really tech savvy.

I have had a positive experience with Catalin and the Store Manager who were able to help me with my phone issue but I have to take a star down as Khalieb was definitely the most outrageous staff member I have encountered in a while. The lack of professionalism and the attitude were over the top and I am amazed that this person is allowed on the shop floor. He was not knowledgeable, he was rude and dismissive and has ZERO customer service. Appalling.

Hi guys , Good to everybody. annoying how I got help today at this store. I have been their client since 2012. Yesterday I received a tablet at the home address I bought online, and today I came to them at the store to ask for help so I could put it into operation with the new number, but unfortunately I could not enter the store because a barrier was placed at the door. Member of staff came to me to ask what I want. I told him I needed help to get the tablet up and running. He told me that it is not possible today that the guru is busy and leaves at 4 pm. That's not to say they're their client. He sent me to look for another store of theirs to ask for help. I feel like I'm spinning in a circle. I am going to the next one. Take care

Everything was wrong they gave me something that broke on it?s own in within one hour of using it. This place is a complete scam and has overpriced stuff that?s not worth the price. Never go here they only steal your money and give you poor quality stuff that doesn?t work. The customer service is even worse. They don?t even say anything to you they just give it too you and don?t give any information about what you are getting and then when you try to get a refund they pretend like they never saw you. They lie about the thing you are buying as well as the price. They sold me something for 25 dollars which I found on the original company?s website for 8 pounds and it was the same exact thing. The thing I bought turned out to be a used object repackaged. When I went back to ask them about it and get a refund they saw me and told me to leave the premises immediately before they call the police for trespassing. This service is horrible.

Terrible. The advice we were given was completely wrong, which meant my daughter couldn't exchange her contract within the time frame. There was no offer from the manager, Agnieszka, to try and resolve the issue.\\n\\nDefinitely give O2 a miss. Their staff and customer service will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth and out of pocket ?

Didn't have phone cases or screen protectors for the latest flagship phone which they have happily been selling for a month. Vodafone shop down the road had cases and screen protectors.

Another Great O2 store with friendly staff
May 2019 by Aaron S.
This branch of O2 is located on a corner of Oxford Street close to Bond Street Underground and the old HMV, with Oxford Street being London's flagship, major shopping street booming with huge department stores such as Selfridges and John Lewis, and flagship branches in the United Kingdom of nearly every store including Uniqlo and Boots. I came into this branch in what turned out to be the final few days of which I would remain a customer of O2 before switching over to Three. The store was tiny, it basically was like a "Big Cook Little Cook" situation compared to all other stores on this street, even other phone shops, not far away Three have a modern, vibrant store which is basically the opposite of this place, over multiple floors with devices on demo and an emphasis on technology, all things this branch didn't have. The overall feel of this store felt basic, even by O2 standards and the staff seemed like typical London in terms of customer service - disinterested. O2 are missing an opportunity here, why isn't this store in all locations, larger, with better service and technology (it is a phone store after all), there's seriously better new concept branches in smaller towns than this one, the whole store just lets the brand down as a whole, and probably played a very small part in me deciding to leave O2, preferring Three to be my network for the next 12 months at least. 1*
