One of the tall lady staff is poor service, rude and act like they don't want to do their job. When I waited 20 mins, she just replied me still searching. One of the most ridiculous stores l've been to. I would never ever buy any sneakers from OFFICE again!!

I was served by a lovely member of staff, very attentive and polite I didn?t catch his name but I believe he was Australian. However the manager/supervisor on duty could see I was waiting for 8 minutes at the checkout to be served but she didn?t come over. She also preceded to reprimand another member of staff on the shop floor within hearing range of customers which created a uncomfortable environment for those in the queue, she then interrupted the staff who was serving me, and while the queue was building up said she was going downstairs. It felt very surreal that she had such little understanding of customer service

I passed to the shop and it was looking disorganised and no staff. After a few minutes, I found a ? and I asked the price, I decided to buy that shoes and after 7/8 minutes waiting at the counter, someone coming and ask me If I was OK, I said to the girl that I'm waiting to pay my shoes, she went, inside the room and after she came back to me and said , they can't find the other shoe foot. I said to her it's not nice and she doesn't have any answer. I don't recommend that Office shoes shop, for buy, because they are not focus on their job, they are distracted.

One of the most ridiculous stores I've been to, after picking a shoe the guy ay the store went into the storeroom to find the other shoe of the pair, only to come back after 20 minutes to say they only have the left shoe. This happened for TWO pairs of shoes. After wasting nearly 40 minutes of our time, without an apology he proceeded to put the shoe back on display even though it didn't have the other shoe of the pair to waste someone else's time?

Majority of staff are useless; slow, dim, look like they?re all just waiting to clock off shift. Terrible customer experience.

Interesting models of shoes are presented, and I bought one pair there. The staff was quite friendly, but not all. The system in the store is kind of strange. You had to wait a long time to be told if your shoe size is available. I wanted to measure a lot, and the window did not have my size at all. That's why I had to ask about the size every time. And then I have to wait for a long time, and after 10 minutes I am simply told that my size is not available. And so in a circle with each shoe, but I would like to measure.I want to thank the guy with the glasses who helped me, and even because of my bad English, he explained something to me and was very nice.

Most staff are lovely and very helpful, with the exception of one lady with braided hair that instead of helping us, she sent us tothe till to ask a question that she could addressed. We were in a big rush, so luckily we found another member of staff that helped us right away and didn?t need to queue (the queue was long)

Worst of its kind!!!Found one pair of shoes online, £35Visited this store and the guy with ginger beard looked at me and said it is unavailable.2-3 months later, I visited the same store. Found a pair of shoes, checked the price tag, saying £35The same guy was at the till, told me to wait and return in 30 seconds later, saying to me, "Ths show is not £35 as there has been mistake". I asked, "What mistake?". I was told, some guy put the wrong price tag and the real retail price is £55.Quite annoyed I was....Then, few days later I was browsing online and found my pair of shoes, I ordered and paid online.Now, I'm wearing it and it's giving me the worst experience of my life.After 10 minutes of walk, my feet hurts and shoe sole is so thin that I feel my feet hitting the ground as walking bare foot.Guys, I usually buy from Next or Clarks.I wanted to try this abhorrent brand "OFFICE".Now realised its worth and thought to be shared with others.
