Went in to exchange a necklace bought two days prior for the size up for my girlfriend (was told this would be okay at the store I bought it from which wasn't this one). When approached by a saleswoman we were referred to the manager who very rudely stated 'you can't return anything here, would you like to wear a necklace someone has already tried on??. This came across incredibly demeaning and objectively dismissive. Honestly disgusting service that completely disregarded their return policy. We drove to the store I'd bought the necklace from and the size change was no problem at all. Very inconsistent service and put a massive damper on the day.

Went in looking to have some items cleaned and two items repaired. Most unhelpful staff possible. Told me it wasn?t a service they were offering anymore, in any stores, and informed me I could buy a kit. After reading their website which states cleaning and repairs are possible, contacted customer service to clarify, who confirmed it in fact was. From the moment we walked in we could tell they didn?t want to be there, or to be of any help to anyone, If anything we felt a complete nuisance for asking any questions and to look at pieces. If you hate dealing with customers. I suggest a career change. I also suggest going to a different store, my bf had a much nicer experience in the Stratford one.

Always lovely and genuinely helpful staff. Well stocked store with a wide variety of the charms, rings, etc. available to check and try on. Makes it a nice experience to shop here.

Nicely laid out store- but super rude and disinterested staff. Wouldn?t really make me want to come back. Made no effort at small talk while paying, leaving us to stand there like fools. Wouldn?t recommend.

We went to the Pandora in Marble Arch for a gift for my daughter?s GCSE results and my younger daughter?s ongoing charm collection. Greta helped us so much and was very patient with us. I went to do an exchange at Oxford Circus but was completely disregarded by every single staff member when finally one of them rudely said to go to Marble Arch. Unfortunately, Marble Arch didn?t have the item I wanted in stock however two lovely members of staff called Sila and Greta went out of their way to help me choose something else. A lovely pair those two!! They portrayed an excellent knowledge of all the items but also upheld an impeccable customer service. They have restored my loyalty in buying from Pandora again ;)

We bought a simple ring to be used for photoshoot next day. The staff was there however needs to have like personal touch or human connection. Not just standing there waiting for you to pick your choice. They are the expert so staff should be able to proactively suggest or atleast asked for discovery question like what's the ring for. More likely there's a life changing event that will happen and that's the cue for the staff to make human connection?
