NHS/BLUE LIGHT CARD 10% discount was only applied to the £5 gift box not the £115 gift set. Tried calling store, no answer, tried head office "can't help" should have paid £108 with discounts, paid £119 - which I queried with sales assistant... not sure if anyone is aware, we PAY to have BLC..... if you rectify the error I will remove the review. UPDATE: apparently BLC is online only. The assistant checked with her colleague who said it could be used in store. So called "customer relations" have been no help apart from promising to address the issue in store....yeah, right.

I don't even want to give one star. The customer service has been appalling and I am still waiting a refund after the non-arrival of an item ordered on 20th November. I will not be shopping with Pandora again.

This is a review of pandora product. My children bought me a bangle approx 4 years ago. The clasp has broken and apparently it cannot be repaired. For an item costing £80 I find this unacceptable. Staff in the leamington store unable to help.Do not buy anything that has the potential to break!

Excellent place to work. Warm, friendly and inclusive culture. Passionate and driven people. Wellbeing is so important to Pandora and the perks are great. Would definitely recommend Pandora head office in London as a place to work.

The worst customer service ever. Waiting for a refund for a broken item..now 7 weeks! Asked for compensation, oh they don't do compensation only 15% off voucher to spend on their site! Never again.

I placed an order 1st December....it never arrived. So I spoke to them and a new order was sent out.....minus the free bangle. I contacted them again and was assured the bangle would follow in a separate delivery. I received emails confirming this. A day later I received tracking for the main order but not for the bangle. Once again I contacted them.....the amount of lies that I have been told is appalling. I asked for a supervisor and was told there are none. I was given a false email address to raise a complaint and I spoke to 5 different advisors. Two of whom hung up. Each one lied and it would seem Pandora only excels in lying. I will never shop Pandora again and neither will my extensive family or friends. The items have still not arrived and neither has the bangle....my daughters birthday is Saturday and I am now without a gift for her. Never again.....

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! My husband brought me over £600 of jewelry from Pandora last November for christmas, it was their new range Pandora me in rose gold. I have had many rose gold pieces over the years and no exactly how to look after them properly to keep them pristine! They have worn and colour has gone in less than a year and these pieces are not worn daily only once to twice a week, probably less some weeks so not that often, so not wear and tear ss rarely worn. This bracelet and necklace were added to at the same time by pieces brought by my children signifying the end of my cancer treatment so have a sentimental attachment to me. I took my bracelet and necklace back into my local Pandora store where I was told wear and tear wouldn?t do anything! Manager wouldn?t speak to me as on her break but was told basically thats what happens! After less than a year over £600 spent they are useless! Totally disgraceful! I care for all my jewellery well and feel this falls well short of what should be their high standard! I contacted customer complaints who just referred it back to same shop! Who brushed it of again, now won?t answer any emails! Please do not waste your money as we have on sub standard items, I have got pieces of rose gold I brought in other reputable establishments well over six years ago and I wear these far more often and they are in perfect condition!! Awful company to contact, shocking customer service, and awfully made jewellery!! You obviously don?t care about repeat business or keeping your customers happy, they don?t even deserve one star!!

I bought this item 6-7 months ok,worn once a week. I bought a silver moments bracelet its now turned gold. I don't use any creams,tans sprays etc in this area. Contacted customer care they said this is common practice. I do not expect to buy an item which is silver then turn gold. If I knew this I would not of bought. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very disappointed with their customer service. Was bought a clip for my Pandora moments bracelet, only had it 6 days and the clip has broken and fallen off. Because I no longer have the clip they cannot do anything about it. So disappointed with their response. I got it for my 50th birthday as well so means a lot. Or did mean a lot.

I am a disabled, loyal customer of Pandora and I have been waiting over three months for my promised refund! They have effectively stolen my money! I have sent numerous emails and telephone calls and been on their social media sites and they promise my refund will be sorted but NOTHING IS DONE. I am now getting in contact with the ADR SCHEME FOR RETAIL BEFORE TAKING THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I have kept every correspondence from the company and I have it in writing that my refund is owed! Appalling customer service and Pandora is a company I would advise against

Absolutely will never buy from them again. My bf bought mw a heart shaped necklace within no time it snapped. Pandora fixed it but it snapped again to be told i have to pay £10 as its not a manufacturing fault and it would take 1 week to come back . Now in week no 5 still no return. 4 trips to the store. Disgusted.

After a traumatic year my daughters wanted to buy me a Birthday gift to creat new memories. A ring. It was a lovely gift. However the lovely memories have now turned into a nightmare. The ring broke a stone fell out and was lost just pre Covid. It was purchased on line so I waited until early July to return it.I sent it. Back in 6 th July. I am STILL waiting for a refund. I have made numerous calls to be told it is being escalated to the returns department etc. Your refund will be with you in a few days etc I have tweeted many times and again told the same thing. I have sent numerous copies of paper work etc. Nothing my birthday this year came and went still no refund.I would not recommend the company to anyone who wishes a special gift to create Memories as they advertise.

Disgusting service, Would never use them again after all this years from buying from them. Bought 2 necklaces ticked box for gifts one box arrived and one bag. When i called customer services they said they would not send a bag and box out i had to go into town and pick one up. Disgusting.. never again! I dont suppose they care about what strees it causes so maybe not much point in writing this...Im moving house, living in yorkshire and working down south. Can people not just be a little helpul in this world!!!
