“Wow! Went in with an allergy related skin irritation while visiting from the USA and the staff recommended a combination of products that immediately treated my issue. “I rarely do reviews, let alone retail experiences. John, on the YSL concession just gave me an absolutely wonderful customer experience. I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to foundation etc and was sent with instructions. They were patient, friendly and as far from patronising as one.could get. As a typical straight-white-male this difficult job was made an absolute breeze by this lovely person. On a personal note; John,you have lovely hair and posture”

“Popped into this branch to find a clearance item but it transpired it wasn't available. This branch is fairly small with a small range of products compared with the bigger branches with a wide array of products giving an overall better shopping experience. Helpful staff and nice layout with a lovely umbrella selection. Men's product range is rather limited. Overall l would recommend this branch.”
