Enjoyable dinner for a birthday celebration? food was delicious as expected although we did sometimes feel a little bit rushed by the waiters ( although maybe they were just being super attentive rather than pushy) We had the beef which was truly spectacular. Cocktails were lovely and strong ( which is good given the £) however they weren?t very aesthetically pleasing / pretty which is what maybe you?d possibly expect from a restaurant of such calibre!! Overall a lovely culinary experience

One of the best dining experiences ever, food was fantastic but the service was exceptional. The waiting staff clocked we were in hospitality and went above and beyond to make our lunch truly amazing! Even Met Jason himself and he gave me a book what an experience!

Wow, simply wow! The food and service were simply excellent. We had the three course menu, but it came with some many little extras that I thought we were having a tasting menu. I had the aged Acquerello rice, the beef fillet and the Japanese cirtrus parfait. Each course was sensational. The tastes were strong but well balanced and you could see just how much attention to detail and care had been put into the cooking and presentation. What a great evening.

The best restaurant in London ! We absolutely love this restaurant, having been a few times now we always leave having had the best experience. The menu is just fabulous, the tomato starter with basil oil was devine, super tasty and looked beautiful. The cod I had for main course was cooked perfectly, flaky and not over cooked which was absolutely delicious. The staff and service is elevated to an exceptional level and we can?t wait to come back. Thank you Pollen Street for an amazing experience as always.

We had lunch with friends, visiting again for the first time since Covid. Some things have remained the same - friendly and professional reception and service, with now more space between tables giving a more relaxed atmosphere. We opted for the set lunch, starters of ham hock and heritage tomatoes. Ham hock was tasty but the cubes of ham were too large and could have been a smaller dice for an easier eat. The tomato dish was pretty but lacked flavour. I chose a cod dish as main course while others chose lamb. The lamb was okay, if a little chewy. The problem arose with the cod dish. When presented I notice that there was cling film still sound the fish. I called the waiter who apologised and had the dish replaced. The replacement dish arrived but the fish had a pink tinge to the fish and did not flake as expected. I pointed this out to the staff but was amazed to hear that this how fish is served! In my opinion, the fish was undercooked and centre was raw. The staff was adamant that this was how the fish was served. I asked to speak to the chef but this was refused. Most disappointing. This cast a shadow ever the whole lunch even though my lunch was removed from the bill. I?m really surprised at the staff reactions and the chefs lack of attention to customer issues. A sad result.

This was my second time eating here and I was even more impressed. This again is another restaurant that should be upgraded to 2 Michelin star status but is yet to receive it. Hopefully it is around the corner. We sat at the kitchen counter, which meant we could see the chefs at work, including owner Jason Atherton, which added lots of fun to the experience. Plate after plate of delicately and elegantly crafted dishes arrived at the table. The tomato consommé kicked the meal off to a fab start. The bread was freshly baked. The scallop and roe dish was one of the best seafood dishes I have tasted. The ?Golden Nut? was a rich, indulgent delight. Delicious petit fours brought the evening to a close. You can also find some of the coolest cocktails in London here - the Penicillin is well worth trying. The interior is one of my favourites as well. Will be back again soon :)

My husband and I had the set lunch menu, which was £49.50 a head. Everything tasted wonderful and the attention to detail was incredible. It all looked as beautiful as it tasted. The tables are nicely spaced out, which is always good as you aren't overheard. The waiters were attentive and friendly, and the ambience was very good. The wine is pricey though. We had one glass of wine each and mine was 'only' £16, my husband's was £24, obviously plus service charge. With coffee at £7 a cup, and the 15% service charge, the bill came to just under £178. I'd definitely go there again.

Very average experience. Would have gone 1 star apart from the waitress who was lovely. £390 per head for nice food but compared to frog for example where we were a few weeks back this was unimpressive and poor poor value. The scallop, an extra 28 on the tasting menu, was a single individual sitting on an extremely salty razor clam muddle. The place was half empty and I can see why.

The bar staff should get a 10 star rating for this place Went there tonight for drinks, we were served all night by Spike who was amazing, what a great knowledgeable guy, service was excellent from him, i'd go again just to have him make my drink, best Manhattan i've ever had and no query/question was no trouble Jason Atherton, having staff like this at your restaurant - they really are a credit to you and what you are wanting your customers to experience, excellent customer service with upmost kindness and care I will be visiting again and not leaving it so long again

What an incredible experience I had here - somehow I was lucky enough to stumble on this fabulous place and get a last minute reservation for an early mid-week dinner while staying at nearby (walking distance) Deanstreet Townhouse in Soho. Absolutely beautiful, excellent food and fabulous service.

We went to Pollen Street Social at the last minute without many expectations of knowledge on what to expect. We did the tasting menu, which was a very good balance of flavours and also not rushed, which all worked well. The final course Japanese Citrus Parfait was a particular highlight and stood out. Prior to that the Scallop was also stunning and unusual, so overall we were surprised by how imaginative and interesting the menu was. We also felt that the overall cost for the tasting menu represented excellent value compared to many similar restaurants, so combine that with excellent staff and overall a very good vibe within the restaurant it made for a lovely afternoon.

We had lunch in Pollen Street Social for our anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious with the pre-desert and lamb main course being particularly memorable. The cocktails and recommended wine were also first class. The ambience was relaxed and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Very highly recommended, looking forward to returning soon.

Just wow, what a wonderful way to enjoy a hot Tuesday in June. From the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave (and believe me, we didn't want to) you were looked after impeccably. The ambiance was perfect, the food was sublime, fantastic deep flavours, beautifully presented and my god, the taste! Off the scale!
