Just called the customer service to find out where my order was which I placed online on 23rd June. She said it's been delivered to the London Market Place on 26th. I addressed the issue politely as I did not receive any notification from the company at all. She then said I should make the complain to the store instead of her. This just shows you how disorganised the company is and how awful the customer service and ordering system are.

I am having to write to their Head office for a. refund of the money they put on a gift card, instead of giving me an exchange, because of the incompetence of a staff member at the Islington Store; of course apologies gushed out but this was not what I expected...needless to say I wont be shopping here unless I really thought Id miss a good thing!

Was overcharged for a clearance item in store while traveling. When contacted customer care to resolve the issue they were not helpful. Basically gave us the too bad too sad. Believe was scammed by their employee. Contacted our credit cars comp. to handle it further.

Customer service at the store opposite selfridges is utter rubbish seems to be staffed by some incompetent idiots who don't understand or care less. Even with a receipt they won't help so now i will take legal action which won't be the first time a customer has had to go down this route with this company
